Smoothie King, Spring TX

Every other time I go there, this location is “out of peanut butter”. This is the only location that has this problem. This has happened several times over the last several months. Might want to order the right amount of PB. Every other location seems to know how to do it.

Kennedi made my experience here even more delightful than it has been before. I was trying to use the app and was confused because it wasn’t registering my points, or taking the coupon off, lol. She was very patient with me, took the time to help me and explain so I knew how to use it going forward. Besides the smoothies she was very sweet and professional which I appreciated! Awesome attitude Kennedi. Thank you:)

Great location and clean atmosphere. Kennedy and Emily are always super friendly, they always make my smoothie just the way I like it!

Both girls working were warm and made me feel welcomed. I was nervous coming in because I had no idea what I wanted, but they both helped me pick out something I would like and I sure did like it!

Worker gives the impression he hates his job. On several occasions my smoothie was not blended completely had large chucks of ice and dates. Wish I could say it was one time but it’s been on several occasions.

Kennedy and Emily make the best smoothies here! So nice and understanding and they even helped me pick out a smoothie. Definitely the best smoothie king in the area

Kennedy was amazing! She had so much patience while helping me find something I’d like. The experience was overall a 10/10! Would recommend

I pull up to Smoothie King with it's "Open" sign on at 8: 50PM. I see they don't close until 9. I see an employee look at me as they drive away, I'm not thinking it's the only employee (I think it was now). When I walk up to the door it's locked shut. No smoothie for me. I work in food service, and I understand the desire to shut things down early, but that just did me so dirty. This was 09/28/2023.
Update: while writing this review I noticed the open sign shut off at 8: 58, and 2 female employee still inside. The hours are wrong. It seems like they don't want to serve until 9, they are completely closed by 9. I don't understand why the door was locked and the employees were nowhere to be seen earlier.

Kennedy and Emily make the best smoothies and my kids said that they make the best smoothie so apparently that’s the word on the street is they make the best smoothies they really came in clutch for me

Came to get a smoothie 10 minutes before closing and was refused because they claimed they were busy with one person in the drive through and 2 people in the store. If you don’t feel like working your job perhaps find one more suitable

Very rude attitude this morning I wanted the bowl and he was dragging around to make any and every excuse.

Staff is rude, slow, and uncaring. Looked to be two kids out of high-school. Very little in terms of cleanliness. Coutertops where items are handled was messy. Smoothies were pretty watered down. Should have been exprected when people have been giving feedback on reviews and there appears to be no change. First and last time here.

I got there at 7: 27PM to be exact as i was saying hello i saw that they were turning off the lights very rudely, it states on their website that they are supposed to close at 8PM

Got in line at 8: 35 pm and employees turned some of the lights out and closed early. Won’t be back. This happened Saturday, 1/7/23.

Used to work at smoothie king, and all i have to say is these smoothies they make are terrible. Not smoothe or thick, super watery tastes like water - and doesnt give free 20 oz when its due.

This location is terrible! I ordered vegan pumpkin and pumpkin coffee high protein from the app. When my husband picked up the smoothies, they said they ran out pumpkin so they couldn't make the order. They didn't offer for replacement and said the manager wasn't there so they can't cancel the order. I tried to cancel the order from the app, but there's no option to do that. So I called the store. I asked them to cancel my order so I can get my refund. The young guy who picked up the phone sounds hesitate to talk to me. He still remember about us, said that they can't cancel the order, he didn't try to help to solve the problem, he even LAUGHED AT ME when I asked him to contact the manager to ask for help. HOW RUDE!

Don't come to this location, drive to a different location! They have terrible customer service! Their smoothies quality also inconsistent. Sometimes it's very watery just like mixing banana with sweetener only, sometimes alright. I'm done with this location!
