Smoothie King, Dallas TX

I ordered the pineapple, mango and yogurt 40oz smoothie and I have to say I was surprised on how delicious it was. The customer service was awesome and it's always reassuring when you see the staff cleaning before taking your order. I wouldn't go off the bad reviews I'll definitely be back.

Recently ordered a acai Choco haze bowl and i was not happy at all! For a bowl that costs $11.22 with tax there were more toppings than the açaí its self. I usually go to the one close to my house and they make sure it my moneys worth.

I felt rushed because I was looking at the menu just for a bit and they kept asking me what I wanted. I would have liked to customize my smoothie but the girl wasn’t very friendly and seemed like she didn’t want to be there.

Second time at this location, and they have both been good experiences. My order is placed and fulfilled quickly. The girls behind the counter are very nice.

I have bought from them about 6 times already, which the first time I spent more than half my lunch break waiting for my açaí bowl whist everyone got their stuff. The few other times it’s been barely okay. Today, my smoothie melted within 4 minutes and tasted like the açaí or in general all the food is was not fresh. That was literally my lunch today and now I’m left without lunch til I get off from work. Never going back to this smoothie king. I don’t think I’ve ever really had a time where I enjoyed how they made the açaí bowl.

I went to this smoothie king and was having trouble with the app the employee named Roy took the time and walked me through and alberto was awesome also he took care of me on the situation thank you guys

I came in Sunday May 21 2023 around 12PM. I am a walk in norm every other week so I go to this smoothie king quiet often and usually when I come around 12PM it’s never busy but this Sunday was quite busy, there was only 2 Employees working and props to them for keeping up with the people inside and drive thru. One of them had glasses and the other was a tall male, Both greeted me as I walked in and as expected there was a couple of people in line before me but the employees were quick and got to me faster than I expected. Phenomenal service! My MangoFest smoothie came out good as well as it seemed they were working fast I had a doubt they’d mess up my smoothie but nope! This Smoothie King never disappoints.

Messed up our order, the mango fest taste weird, the high chocolate protein didn’t taste good either. On top of that when my husband went inside, he said the place is dirty! Never coming back to this location!

Personally I love the strawberry blueberry Greek yogurt smoothie the most. But every smoothie I have tried is excellent. I am allergic to milk and they always take care to make mine in a separate mixer and I really appreciate that.

Good place, good prices, but please change yalls open hour, I don’t mind yall opening late but I don’t like the advertising opening at 6: 30 and no staff at location
