14Seems to discriminate or not be helpful towards people who want to order or may want to sit inside. It should not be at the fault of the customer that they are limited to just purchasing a smoothie via drive thru only. No posted sign or anything doesn't help. 4 workers do not look like its understaffed when they're trained to be efficient. An apology for an inconvenience could've suffice, but telling me to only order at the drive thru (EVEN THOUGH YOU JUST SOLD A SMOOTHIE TO A man who opened the locked door for me), just comes of as lazy and inconsiderate to the customer. It's 7pm.an hour before close, not 5 min til close. They were obviously capable of taking "another" indoor order, just not willing to take mine.

I have been a loyal customer of the smoothie king on Arkansas Ln.for years because the customer service was impeccable. I have left many a positive review for this location having to delete a previous compliment to leave another. Today however my review is not so great. The female manager is horrible. Her customer service skills need to be fine tuned. She doesn't listen and you have to repeat your order multiple times to still have it repeated incorrectly. In an economy where businesses are closing and people are losing their jobs in mass numbers you would think exceptional customer service is paramount. This location used to reign supreme and I hope that level of quality returns soon.
Employees seem so upset and unhappy, from pulling up to the drive thru speaker to the window. Lady today, Kim H, at the window clearly needs lesson in customer service, barely reached for my card or when handing me my items I almost had to reach half my body into the drive through window. Also, waited over 15/20 mins for 2 items, a 20 oz. & a bowl as cars behind me were served with the quickness. Rude staff and service. Only because my son wanting a bowl did I support this location today. Never Again.

Edgar and his team went above and beyond to ensure I had a delightful visit. Their attention to detail and prompt service were impressive. Unfortunately, Smoothie King is kind of a hit or miss: the taste and quality of the product received depends on who is working there. This location is one of the worst I have ever visited. As typically seen in fast restaurant chains nowadays, most of the time the store is staffed by a bunch of young, unsupervised kids. Now it is smoothie King’s policy that if for any reason a customer is dissatisfied with the taste of their smoothie, they can return it to the counter to request a remake. The problem is, the staff is lazy and they try to take short cuts. What I think they do is they pour out the same Smoothie You’ve rejected and re-blend it and then give it back to you way too fast. Even after I told them to start over and throw that one away, they still lie to me and gave me back the old dissatisfactory drink. I rejected the first time. Three remakes later, I just finally gave up. It’s the same lazy employees. I see each time I visit this place. This year I have earned Champion status, but this is the last time I will patronize any Smoothie King location. There’s another smoothie place called tropical smoothie Café, and those are starting to pop up everywhere, I strongly suggest people redirect their business, and their money elsewhere until smoothie king learns to start caring about their business and manage their staff better. I doubt this will never happen, though.
