I am writing this review to express my utter disappointment and frustration with the company's services. Back in March, we placed an order for a friend's fundraiser, hoping to show our support for their cause. However, it has been several months, and we have yet to receive our order.

Throughout this ordeal, we have made numerous attempts to get in touch with the company, sending countless emails, but to no avail. Not only did they ignore our messages, but they also failed to respond to the school fundraiser organizers who were involved in the process. This lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company's reputation.

Given the lack of any concrete information regarding our order, I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company entirely. If you wish to support a cause or fundraiser, it is better to directly send the recipient the money. Dealing with this company has been nothing short of a hassle and disappointment.

To make matters worse, I recently discovered that the company's owner has been neglecting their employees by withholding their wages for a few weeks. This raises serious ethical concerns about the company's practices and the treatment of its staff. Such behavior is inexcusable and unethical.

In conclusion, I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with this company's lack of professionalism, transparency, and disregard for both customers and employees. I urge anyone considering their services to think twice and opt for more reliable and ethical alternatives.

These guys are the lowest of low. I recently donated to my niece's fundraiser and 'donated' about 80 dollars worth of their product. SOMEHOW, (they won't explain) the products were sent to my address of 4 years ago, (I think I may have donated once in the past and suspect they had my old address in their system).
NUMEROUS emails and NO resolution. In fact one of the employees answered my last email and say they 'don't have the money, and haven't paid employees in the last month!
IF you are thinking of donating to a charity associated with these guys STOP and try to get your money back. The employee even suggested I ask the charity for payment. I trust they got the money intended for them, so I won't be bothering them!

Placed an order through a fundraiser back in March. Still have not received my order. Been in contact with customer service several times and they told me there were delays with the order. Received an email today telling me that the owner has no money, cannot fill orders and has not paid employees in over 2 weeks! Total scam!

My order is taking so long, I have to think hard and calculate what month it was placed in. I have contacted them and got the run around. And I spent an arm and a leg for popcorn with a fundraiser.

I sold popcorn for my daughters fundraiser. As of today 7/16 there are multiple people who have still not received any order and this was from March. I have reached out to the company multiple times with no end result

Placed an order 4 months ago, still have not received it. I’ve reached out to the company several times and have gotten no where. This has happened to SEVERAL others that I know personally with this company. Pretty unfortunate actually

Like another customer, ordered from a fundraiser in early March, this is May 9, still have not received my order. Two others I know of are also waiting. I do receive emails from "Sandra" saying they're working as fast as they can.really? Horrible processing. Never again!

Order through a fundraiser in early March, received an email in late March stating it was shipped, however my popcorn still has not shipped! No one that has ordered through the fundraiser has received their order!
