This is a great local dinner. They do it the old way, and in my opinion it’s the best way. If you want that old time dinner experience with good food this is the place. Friendly and great atmosphere.

I saw the reviews and had to find out for myself what this place was all about. Today was cold so I wanted coffee and some good diner food.

When I arrived the place was full for a Monday but still found a table open. The waitress was kind and friendly. They do offer you extra food when ordering so I did just to see what the tacos taste like and the pancakes.

The food came out pretty quick. I thought it would take super long since it was packed out. But when the food arrived to the table, there wasn’t enough room for all the food so I just had them dump the hash browns onto my other plate and then I had room.

The coffee was nice and strong. The taco was portioned right. The over medium eggs were perfect. The pancakes were ok. The bacon was extra crispy. The sausage was good. Cinnamon toast was on point.

All in all, I found a new breakfast spot. It’s definitely a local restaurant with a good price menu.

My daughter and I were barely acknowledged when we walked in today. The place was packed. So we figured no biggie, they're busy. A couple of minutes later, 3 Caucasian men walked in and received the royal treatment from the man at the register (slim older man) I thought he was going to pull out a red carpet for them. He was about to offer them a table when he noticed we were standing in front of the 3 men. Then he apologetically told the men they would be sat as soon as possible. He mumbled a "how are you this morning" to me, which I refused to answer to. All was going better until one of the Caucasian waitresses offered my daughter more coffee in Spanish. My daughter answered in English, "no thanks I'm having hot cocoa. " One of the reviews I came across was that if you don't look like a white rancher wearing a baseball cap and driving a pick up truck, you don't receive the same nice treatment those folk do. I get it, it's a place where the locals eat but being Greek immigrants you'd expect them to treat non-Caucasians with the same respect any human being deserves. I was reminded today in the worst way why I've been to this place 2 or 3 times in the last 10 years. I think the previous 2 times I just went to support them after Harvey's aftermath. NEVER AGAIN.

A bit crowded but the food was good. My bacon was a little over cooked but the rest of my food was good. It didn't WOW me but I'll go back.

Loved every bit of it, great service, great breakfast, brings back memories growing up in Chicago where I used to frequent a similar diner style place where almost every morning with my grandmother we would get pancakes eggs and sausage
I love the Greek influence as well, different from a lot of other breakfast spots out there

We have been regular customers, however since new management we’ve only been a handful of times. We’ve just been busy with life. So when the opportunity presented itself, we were excited to go. When we got there the waitresses recognized us and offered a friendly, “hello” and “it’s been a while. ” We got our drinks and food ordered and delivered to our table in a timely manner. We were there around 1pm on a Monday so it was less busy. I ordered a patty melt, and my husband ordered a ham and cheese omelet with a side order of short stack pancakes. Both of us left full and satisfied. Love Snappys! We will be going back again when we have time!

I enjoyed having brunch at Snappy's Cafe & Grill in Katy, TX. •The food was warm and flavorsome.
•The staff was attentive and worked as a team to ensure glasses were topped off.
•The large fluffy biscuit looked amazing, but had an odd taste.
•Snappy's is not open for dinner, but I would definitely eat there again.

Non Dairy Creamer only, fake oil based butter, cheap quality toast. For the price you can eat at First Watch where EVERYTHING is natural and locally sourced. I will never be back.

Was looking for a new breakfast adventure in Katy. Found Snappys. First time here, had rib eye and eggs. Great breakfast. Service staff was the best. All of them. Everyone friendly and helpful. Food wonderful. Will be back.

The food was okay. They served my salad on a really warm plate. And it was a caesar, but all iceberg lettuce. Also the white gravy was obviously packaged gravy mix. Nothing special here. The service was great though! I'll probably not go there again though.

Best Breakfast in greater Houston area. You cannot leave hungry. And if you are lucky enough to be in Marian's section, then you also have the best service with the nicest person.

Great food and great service, they have that southern hospitality that the world lacks so much of. Order off the menu or even the steam table.it's all good.

Had fried chicken it was hard crust and too dark. Also got fried fish, the hushpuppies were ridiculously, and so hard. First and last time going and thought was too pricey for what we got, not a happy camper.

Pretty bad. I don't know why I have never been here before, I e been driving by this place more than half my life. The staff was nice, but the food was terrible. Hashbrowns and bacon were inedible.

Probably the best breakfast place around. The food is very good and excellent service. Your coffee cup will never get empty as they regular walk the restaurant will a coffee pot.

Great food at a great price. I didn’t ask if the eggs came from chickens that ate organic food and were roaming freely but my breakfast was delicious and it didn’t cost me $20 per person.

Love the food and atmosphere here. Small town feel (Katy, TX) where it’s mostly locals enjoying the food. I’m always on the hunt for the perfect breakfast sandwich and Snappys did it right! Good service too. My coffee cup never got below half full.
