Not a good place to go an eat. They don't season anything, they did not get our orders right. The food really was not very good at all. I myself will not go back. Music was way to loud we could not even talk without shouting at each other. Ridiculous!

I'm not trying to be a "Karen" but I had to leave a review after terrible service. I understand businesses are really busy and short staffed but if you take a customer you gotta give them some service. Our waitress checked 2 times within the first five minutes in a rush for us to order, wasn't friendly at all. We had not even got to scan the menu we just sat down lol. Briefly took our order and then never came back until the rest of the meal, darted off so quick we could even ask for anything. We had nothing to drink and no syrup with our pancakes, never checked on us once, pretty basic stuff. So after gulping down our dry pancakes with no water or anything to drink. We asked for the check only to be blown off for 20-30 minutes and finally figured out I could pay on my phone. I wouldn't recommend Snooze there are much better breakfast places in San Antonio worth your money and time.

Ok, I was going to give this place 1 star bc of Josh. Every interaction we had was pitiful. But then this ray of sunshine with cute heart glasses, named Nutmeg, could tell things weren't going well. She filled our coffee and redeemed the visit and took over the table. She was so sweet, helpful and Im still thinking about her days later. Food was amazing! I'll be back because of her! Go ask for Nutmeg to serve you here. You won't be disappointed. Stay clear of Josh's section if you can.

I thought this place was a legit place for breakfast. I had the spuds deluxe with a side of corned beef hash (it was huge) and they were both really good. On a weekend, be ready for a wait. I recommend checking in online. If you don't want to sit outside don't ask for first available.

Snooze reminded me today why I believe their prices are justified. Our wait at the door was nonexistent (it was approximately 6: 30am), the staff was excellent offering us indoor, outdoor, or coffee bar seating. We were seated and before we had time to review the menu once, we were introduced to our waitress. She was very patient with our lack of food decision and brought our coffee out, joking with us and making the experience memorable. The eggs Benny and spuds deluxe were great!

My favorite thing to order from here is the ham Benedict. It is so yummy with a smoked cheddar hollandaise sauce. The hash browns are ok, they have onions which I personally don't like, but if you like onions, I'm sure you'll like them

The service was severely lacking. The coffee tasted like dirty water. The mugs were covered in coffee residue that caked on over time. I could not believe I paid this much for flavorless, mediocre food paired with worse service. The server, Cindy was nowhere to be seen. When she realized that other people had to attend us, she eye rolled and said "I got you. " The, what I can assume to be the Manager, did not intro themselves, apologized and tried to give us free coupons. I did not accept as I will not return. I paid the full bill, because I also did want a discount. I wrote on the receipt "Have a better day" and left a $20 tip on a $79 tab. I honestly did not want to leave anything, but thought who knows maybe she is just having a bad day. The attitude she has was terrible towards us and friendly towards staff and another table she was sat.

I was pleasantly surprised with how much I loved Snooze! My expectations are always low when I visit a chain restaurant but as soon as I dug into my Sweet Potato Mash, I was blown away. Ingredients were incredibly fresh, the dish felt like it was made with pride, and it was so delicious! Perfect portions, price was very reasonable (esp considering inflation). The Strawberry shortcake pancakes (got a single and split with my husband) was great (and well priced for a single).
Also, service was great! The employees were professional and friendly, we genuinely felt welcomed. I dug into their website and was so impressed to read that the company is very conscientious, gives back, environmentally friendly, and low waste! Highly recommend visiting Snooze! Great job! Gluten free options, keto friendly options, vegetarian options, health conscious and sweet indulgence options as well!

Its cute! But thats its best quality. The food is lack luster and below room temperature. We were looking forward to talking and having a relaxing breakfast and some good food. Sadly, we couldn't have conversation because the music is so freaking loud. Our orders did not come out correctly and salt and pepper should be included in the ingredients of an omelet. Extra crispy is not in their vocabulary and undoubtedly warm centers to ringed hashbrowns are not either. All things considered. We wont be returning.

Snooze is good. It's just pretty straightforward good. Each dish on the menu is exactly what you'd expect from a breakfast restaurant that knows what they're doing. The seasonal menu is more creative and really brings the menu to life. I'm not a pumpkin fan but the fall pumpkin pancakes are pretty great. The best thing on the standard menu is the bacon.

Amazing food and great service, but the music is ALWAYS too loud (that is why the rating is 4 stars and not 5). Fun place to sit alone or with a friend at the bar, or at a table with a group, but not good if you need to have a quiet or focused conversation.

Overall experience wasn't that great. First the waiter seemed to be ignoring us. It took us 15 minutes of trying to wave him down to get him to take our orders. He also didnt refill any of our drinks until the end of our meals. Second it was extremely loud inside. Combined with the noise of people trying to talk over the music made it even harder. Third the food was alright, the pancakes were a little dry, and the amount of meat in the burrito and omelette was very small. Not enough to pay extra for.

Meh.at best. Minimal seasoning on omelets. Cholula saved the day. Hasbrowns in a ring mold mean a thin layer of brown potatoes and a cold al dented blah center. Especially since I asked for crispy. Sourdough bread was too chewy. Not thrilled. Won't be back. Add to the list of places that take simple beautiful things like omelets and mess them up. Also, general atmosphere is LOUD! Turn the music down please!

Aside from the mystery meat being passed off for barbacoa, the experience was pleasant. Lavender latte was delicious and the regular coffee was nice and strong. The menu is unique and interesting just stay away from the mystery meat.

Despite the occasional wrong order and long wait time, we continue to come back to snooze for our weekend brunch because it’s just that good. They have great vegan/vegetarian options as well. You can always guarantee on leaving satisfied and I highly encourage trying any new items on the menu.

Great for breakfast, everyone finds something fun. Jose's breakfast tacos are our favorite! Staff is very friendly, and accommodating of you need seperate plates and modifications. One of our families favorite spots!

Snooze is a brunch restaurant powerhouse. The wait on Sunday morning was 2 hours, but we were able to sit at the counter for service. Recommend the Bella Bella eggs Benedict and the honey oat milk latte. Put your name on the app waiting list before you get there or shop while you wait.

The burrito was delicious, the biggest serving I had yet. Huge tortilla worth the price. Had the red and green sauce with melted cheese on top. Barbacoa meat added (the meat was close to a brisket chopped style, not greasy but good) burrito was filled with the fixings, no skimping here.

Wife had the basic 2 egg plate. Was pretty good.

Thank you.

The service is a bit hectic, went to pick up an order. Saw the food sitting on the counter at the bar, nobody communicated and had to ask after a few minutes, 2 stars for customer service but 5.9999 stars for the amazing food! The Eggs Benedict with prosciutto, hash browns and arugula might quite possibly be the best dish we have ever had. Whoever made them for an order for Shelby at 9: 05 AM today… y’all better keep that chef. We wouldve tipped the chef if we had the chance. Will definitely be coming to pick up more. Would be helpful if more wait staff were on bar! Overall, amazing food!
