Excellent vegan options including tofu scramble, pancakes, and more. Service was good and the food was excellent.

Love this place. They are vegan based and all the food is very fresh, flavorful, and not too heavy. Definitely recommend.

I absolutely love the upside down pineapple pancakes and maple glazed bacon. I highly recommend you try it!

Honestly should have read the reviews first. The SERVICE SUCKS! Absolutely appalling! Please don’t bother responding to apologize. We will never return. The staff are rude, unwelcoming, and obnoxious. Our server was as unfriendly as can be. A suggestion: get rid of your staff or train them to be decent human beings. To be kind like that generation likes to preach.

The food here is so good! Great portion sizes so you get full! Great place for brunch and healthy options are a plus as well! Definitely recommend!

I had an awesome experience with some delicious food and drinks. I tried the strawberry mimosas and DAMN! Incredible! Never have I had mimosas with Tito’s 10/10. I had the French toast and it was delicious Alma, our incredible waitress brought us a pumpkin pecan pancake so we could try and I loved it! I also want to say that Alma was incredible with us and our experience was even better by having her serve us. Incredible food, incredible drinks and amazing staff in general! On our way out everyone said bye to us.

Waited for about an hour to get a table, and it was worth it since the food was great. The service however, was very poor. We ordered two drinks and it was the very first thing we ordered. 20 min later, one of the drinks came the second didn’t as they had no more ingredients to make it, we asked for something else. I would think it would be prepared immediately but no… 5 min later the food came, we finished the food and we still had no second drink. Had to cancel the drinks and get the bill and the waitress didn’t even apologize. She just shrugged and walked away to get the bill which came super quickly and we left.

I’ve had some not so good experiences as snooze. But I’ve always been willing to give them a shot again. However, this will be my last time going. Firstly, the pineapple upside pancake I ordered tasted like it had pen ink in it. Yes, you read that right. Pen ink. Not sure else how to explain how bad the taste was except for what I just mentioned. On top of that, the to-go drinks they give you, they only fill up 3/4 of the way for to go orders. Strange. Overall, this place has potential, but it seems the cooks aren’t sanitary (as you can taste their mistakes) and hosts don’t care much about their customers.

Asked about cold pressed juice. Waitress was nice, gave some answer that even she didn't understand. She never went to go check on an answer. Just blew it off. Great food for sure. I also get pineapple upside down pancakes and breakfast classic. I like that you can get on a wait list via mobile phone.

Avoid this place. Walked in with my girlfriend around 10am on a Thursday. Stood there for a minute while multiple wait staff made eye contact with me, not one so much as nodding their head in an effort to greet us. Most of which were just standing around. We were finally greeted by the hostess after her return, and she asked if we didn’t mind sitting upstairs. Worth a shot I thought. Well about halfway up the mile high stairway to heaven my only thought was how slow the service is going to be climbing up and down the 3 story climb. We were finally seated in the back of what could not be more than a 30ft x6ft enclosure with about 8 small tables, right next to the server station. Behind me, a chair full of extra napkins and extra sets silverware. I felt like we had done something wrong. Reluctantly, and after wiping off the chair and table, I sat down. I could feel the stickiness of the table and chairs clinging to my skin. Looking around I noticed all the yellow plastic chairs had hand prints and dirt all over them, the carpet was dirty, there was only one waiter for all of us. The more we looked, the more we noticed, and felt gross and had to leave. We ended up going to the Biscuit Bar down the street. They had an awesome menu and big drinks for much cheaper than Snooze A. M. We were so glad we left for another place, I almost gagged walking out. Never again. Avoid until they scrub it down.

Hostess does not pay attention or listen. Waited 50 minutes only to find out she took down the wrong number, then was told I had to wait another 50 minutes. Did not attempt to correct it. I’ve dined here may times and it sucks that customer service has slipped. Hire people with some competency and who listen

We visited 9/1 around 1045… when we arrived we added our name to the wait and were told that the wait would be around 20 minutes. After 45 minutes we went to check where our names were on the list and we were told our names were some how removed. The woman working the front (McKenzie) was the rudest and most unprofessional person ever. She gave nothing but attitude and ultimately played a big part in this horrible experience.

Fast forward to finally sitting down to eat… the service was SO slow, the food was subpar, environment was nothing special. At this point it’s probably 1130 and when we asked for a refill on the water we were brought hot water, literally no ice in the water.

By reading some of the newer reviews this place seems to be going down hill pretty fast. It’s a shame because we were genuinely excited. Do yourself a favor and just find somewhere else to eat!

Absolutely amazing as always. Sweet potato pancake was the best of the trio which surprised me for sure. Great service as always.

Club or breakfast/brunch place? It’s too loud, the waiters can’t hear you so you’re yelling at them so they can hear the order. They get irritated because what they brought out isn’t correct because they couldn’t hear you the first time, and you’re having to yell to the person sitting next to you.

Maybe this works for the demo in the area, it was definitely packed. But to each their own. I prefer not to go to a breakfast themed nightclub at 9am.

We came here to take our disabled godfather who lives in an assisted living facility out for a nice breakfast. They staff were overwhelmed and it took over 50 mins since sitting down for the server to be asked to go and check on our order. During that time we had ordered coffees and even the ask for Milk on the side took so long that my coffee was cold by the time it arrived. After 60 mins and no food we decided to pay for the coffees and leave. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are looking for great efficient service.
