Helpful and friendly. Only problem I have is trying to re contact my original salesperson. I due undestand they are working remotely so it makes it harder on everyone. It all worked out in the end. Ask for Johnny Jones, he's a top hand. Very personable and very helpful.

I ordered a 2011 328i driver door. The guy I had talked to said there was no damage to this specific door and for 140$ extra dollars we could have it delivered to my house the next day. Well this was a Monday I didnt get it till friday and the door was damaged cant even use it. I will never refer anyone to snyder's it was a waste of money and time
They contacted me and we came up with a great solution so they made it right thank you synders

Ebay sales department staff (the female) is rude and does not promote sales but instead makes it to where you'd rather go somewhere else. Which is what I will be doing

I came from Houston to purchase a Mini Cooper Door and they pulled the wrong one! Sounds like a bad review but the guys stayed a couple minutes after closing to get me what i needed! These guys are the best! Very nice facility!

They had the part I wanted and at the right price. Alonzo Mendoza was very helpful in getting the transaction done.

Purchased a motor from this company based on their reviews and long time history. Had an issue with my purchase. Attempted to get issue corrected and initially had trouble, but then the owner of the company contacted me directly and apologized for how the situation was handled and got the issue resolved personally. I am impressed that the owner found out about the issue at all. But taking the time to call me and discuss everything and handle it the way he did was first class. I would recommend anyone to do business with this company any day. Thank you Mr Snyder!

Arrived to pick up a part and was treated like royalty. The friendliest group of people I've had the pleasure of being served by.

Sent photos in to be reviewed for a Mustang that my son wrecked.no response. Called several times and no one answers in the buying department and the voicemail box is full.seems like bad customer service to me.maybe they are just super busy but at least respond.

Best quality used parts and service! Mike was my sales rep and delivered a used wheel that was almost like new. When I opened the delivery box, I was very impressed that he kept his word about the condition. Most other salvage yards I've seen had wheels are normally in B grade but not here. They have many A rated wheels and this made it great to work with Mike!

Great place, quality parts and Gary was more then helpful. Others could learn from the way Snyders runs their business.

I called Snyder on Monday and they had the radio I needed for my Ford Flex. I am in St. Louis, MO and they were one of 4 salvage yards that had my radio in the entire country. Price wasn't bad either. I got it on Wednesday afternoon and was listening to music 30 minutes later. Right part, that works well and had it in two days. I would recommend Snyder even though I live 800 miles away.

Spoke to sales rep at least 7 times Casanova ext 104.about many parts for my tundra decided to buy the door said in excellent shape drove almost 6hrs round trip door was damaged probably because in hast from 1 guy removing it by himself! Glad I didn't get rear-end an truck bed & other part there! Save your time money and go to Lkq.snyder had 1 door color i needed.lkq had almost 40 my color & any price point you need Were I spent almost 4 grand &100%satisfied
Even spoke with manager at snyder nice guy and all, but still a waste of hole day and lots of gas, it only take once to loose good customer wont happen again.wish I would have read reviews first!

If you buy something to Snyder through Ebay, forget about your part shipment within the first 5 days. Phone call never answered. If you're lookingfor to have your part in time or costomer service, just stay away from Snyder's Certified parts.

Update. (8 days after bought this transmission) No shippment process done. Dan I tried to contact you but wasn't posible and this part is suppost to be shipped to 130 miles from your location. Not to Venezuela. I have tried all week for someone to tell me if I can pick it up personally, but nobody gives me a reply to confirm me
