SOAP Hand Car Wash on Weslayan and Timmons is the best place to get your vehicle washed and or waxed!

The truth that staff that have in the office does not give good attention are a lot of time on the cell phone and do not do good work and if they do it is rare depends on who agates me I will not bolt my car to that place nolo recommend

When my car was broke. Into they helped me get all the glass cleaned out. I'm so very appreciative of their service.

This place does an ok job but, They are the type that just go threw the motions on certain areas. They need to take better pride in cleaning cars. I even had bugs on my dash and I paid $38 for inside and out. This place is the reason why I stopped going to service carwashes.

The told me that he would wash my truck outside and inside but all they did was wash the outside didn't even clean the inside windows plus scratched my tinted window when they were supposedly cleaning the inside of the truck thanks never going back there again

This car wash has the best customer service, hands down. My car was broken into, glass everywhere. After getting the front passengers window replaced, I took it in to get the remaining glass cleaned out. William Sheppard, manager of Soap on Richmond, was so attentive to my situation. He suggested all the right recommendations to throughly remove the small glass particles from the interior of the car, even took out my grandchildren's car seats, washed the material and blew the glass out from the plastic seats. When I came to pick up the car, he followed me out to make sure the job was complete and that I was satisfied. I am so grateful for the care and attention I received during this overwhelming time of getting everything fixed and back to normal. Thank you Soap and most of all, thank you William!

William is a new manager and went above and beyond today so I recommend him to help you with your car wash.

I live nearby and the only other options in the area are gas station car washes, which are terrible if they are even working. The proprietor was a gentleman and well dressed despite the Texas heat and humidity. The services he offers are extensive and capable of removing most any stain or smell that plagues your vehicle. He treats his employees with respect and kindness. His prices are also very reasonable. I recommend it to anyone with a little time to kill.

Soap has significantly shifted to an excellent car wash, even beyond the high quality car washes I have been getting there for several years. One significant upgrade is the amount of time and detailed attention given to both the interior and the exterior when the car comes around for the finish. My car has never looked better. The new manager was very active in ensuring a great finish.

This car wash is pretty awesome. I moved into town from Katy and was concerned about finding a good, reliable hand wash place for my BMW to replace the one I had been going to for years. I thought the prices at SOAP were pretty good so I gave them a shot. Turns out, not only did SOAP’s prices beat the prices at my previous hand wash place, the quality of the wash was as good as they come. Consistent quality is key to keeping me as a returning customer, and they’ve done that here. The attention to detail and the hands-on approach of the manager impressed me quite a bit too. Not sure if they have a new manager as I used to see a different gentleman when I came, but I met William the current manager and he is great. He wasn’t just behind the desk, swiping credit cards. He talks to all the customers to make sure their needs are met and is also completely hands on with the cars: personally walking the work space, inspecting the cars, and making sure everything was going right. From my first visit, I noticed the difference at this place compared to others. And even on subsequent visits, SOAP has maintained their quality and service, unlike some places I’ve experienced where they only put in the extra effort if you tell them you’re a first time customer. I have been going to SOAP for almost a year, and will continue to come back as long as they keep up the good work. Definitely recommend.
