Soapy Jeff's Car Wash & Oil Change, Fort Worth TX

Had a extremely messy work truck cleaned it very well took there time. I didn't even get the best detail and they did a great job.

I used to love coming here! Every time I needed a wash I came here. I’ve even purchased their prepaid $80 card before!
other than what happened to me about a month ago, every other time before i have come here, it has been perfect!
Although, the last time I came here unfortunately was my last time to ever return. Once my car was ready after being cleaned I got in my vehicle to find my A/C nob turned up full blast, I figured they hit it on accident while wiping my dash and never turned it back down. As i went to turn it back down, is when i noticed my A/C on full blast was blowing tremendously lower than usual, not so cold and had a funny smell coming through the vents (not sure if it had to do with the cleaning supplies they were using) everything else was fine and clean! But to me it was quite obvious it happened while they were cleaning the inside of my car. It was noticeably messed up. I brought it to the manager’s attention, Jose i believe, i physically showed him what i was talking about. As i turned the nob slowly from each setting starting from the lowest to highest setting, it was barely blowing anything at any intensity. He came to my car to look, but he pretty much just apologized and said there isn’t anything they can do about it, “they just clean the cars, they don’t mess with any of the settings” it was MID summer & my A/C was working literally perfect up until i left that day. I went 2 days with having to roll my windows down before I had to go get it fixed. It was sad to see them careless about the situation. He didn’t ask which worker it was or any further details as to what may have happened or what he can do to help. Unfortunately, I don’t want to risk messing it up again by returning here.

If you aren’t getting your car washed here then you aren’t getting your car washed at all. Love this place. I also get my oil changed at the lube and detail place behind it. Takes a whole 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

I liked how they left my car very clean, extremely clear, the attention was first class and the staff that work very attentive I will return again because I was very satisfied

It’s ok. Not the best. Left my dash and interior with so much residue of the liquid they use. Fenders were still dirty. Not impressed at all.

I did a full detail on my HONDA CIVIC SI they left it really shiny inside and out side. I recommend to come here.

Love this place. I pay monthly and come probably 2-3 times a week when I can. They provide quality service. The first time I brought my truck, I had about 1-2 years worth of two German shepherds fur in my truck and they got it all! It’s spotless everytime on the outside, squeaky clean on the inside. I’ll come here forever! Highly recommend!

Person taking money could barely speak English I wanted 70 dollar wash and he said put another 50 on my card and wash would be free. They gave me 20 dollar wash. I had to pay another 40 and duecto time constraints did not get insidecwindows or dash seats wiped down. I have 70 left on my card and then I will not be back

I bought a 360 dollar gift card and I am so disappointed that I did because every single visit has been horrible. They do not clean the insides of these cars trash in door is still there, gauge cover on dash wasn’t even touched windows not clean sunroof never cleaned globs of leather cleaner just left on the seat, oil wiped on the smart screen, the list goes on. I hate that I purchased upfront because this place is horrible!

Cost a lot of $$$ and don’t finish when they said they would Different set of guys finished the truck wax and you can tell where they did it. The manager didn’t waste any time by asking me to bring the truck back in to finish it.

Berto at the oil change is awesome! Will definitely go back anytime I need any kind of vehicle serviced. He got my A/C up and running!

Was ok had to take our truck back 2 times in same day but all managers took off except for one that tried to do everything. Man and they wonder why they cannot keep help.

The windows weren't even cleaned until I mentioned it to them. The rims were still dirty. I specifically asked for the mats to be cleaned, and it looks like they just wiped them! Just not a very good visit
