SoccerZone Lakeline reviews
14Good playing field, ok referees, and that's where the good stops. The website is terrible, clunky, spotty, and unstable. The phone calls are never answered. The staff at the location never knows the answer to any of your questions. Any kind of email to the supposed person in charge (Mickey), you can basically assume it went into /dev/null, as he does not respond. We signed up in Nov, but could not get a schedule until ~Jan 15th, which makes it virtually impossible to plan with any kind of team or family conflicts, as the matches start in early December. This was our first experience and I can definitely see how it will have to be the last. I DEFINITELY DO NOT recommend, unless you have 200% flexibility and no expectations of response and communication from soccerzone. I must say also, we always played at soccerhub until this winter, and boy so I regret trying this different venue out.soccerhub runs their business as if they actually care about their customers.
Good place for inside games when the weather is cold. I prefer to sit on the bleachers as upstairs you are looking through the net. They have a bouncy house up most of the time for little ones.
Love this indoor soccer arena. Edgar does a good job managing the adults league. The only issue is that it’s too popular!
This place is really cool. Outside field, indoor field, upstairs bar, and workout area for private training sessions. My kids enjoy the practices and the staff/coaches are kind and helpful. For the youngest cubs class, the coaches could use some guidance/development. I understand the kids are <3, but still. The coaches often chat a little more than what would be appropriate. Maybe don’t pair up the chatty ones haha. The older classes seem great. Will return for future sessions.
I grew up playing here and love playing coed here. Their women's leagues are struggling right now and I previously gave them quite a bit of criticism. However, I was contacted by Darren and he kindly explained their reasoning and hopes for the future of the league. Thankful to hear their perspective and hopeful that they can get more of us in the door.
This is a great facility. I’ve worked with these folks a few times now and they all have been great!
I started coming to soccer zone to watch my husband play. He finally convinced me to join a co-ed team with him and i am so glad i did! I had not played since high school but we easily found a team that we could both play on and it's so much fun! It's our new date night!
They have a bouncy house in case you need to bring the kids with you. And there's a bar upstairs that is a great place to unwind after the game.
Don't bring your kids here. They take your money, and put younger kids on their outdoor courts for practice and games. Leagues get priority over everyone else for the ONE indoor court. They don't return calls or emails. Never heard from Darren Brown or Mikey Reyoso. My next step is KXAN Investigates to go up there with me. I would not even give them one star.
Two fields are outside. So not fully an indoor facility.
Update, the owner and president decided to leave a bad review on my site. I'm a notary that has never done notary work for him or anyone at any of the SoccerZone's. He just doesn't want to refund our money because they falsely advertised their La Academia soccer for kids is "indoor". One game they canceled because of a heat advisory. The first day practice was outside. I made it clear that's not where my almost $200 per kid was suppose to be for. We signed up for indoor, not outdoor. We could have settled this like adults, but you want to play games. Game ON!
They are super patient with the young kids. Their soccer cubs program is very recommended.
Awesome complex nestled in behind a suburban neighborhood and the perfect place to get in a game of pickup that requires a field even when the weather isn’t ideal!
So much fun to play here then go upstairs to have some beers. Hope things get back to somewhat normal soon.
Great place for kids and adults. 3 fields, 1 indoor and 2 outdoor. One of the outdoor fields is arena style and geared more towards lacrosse. Soccer leagues range from competitive to beginner. Bounce castle for the little ones. Don't forget to check out the HIIT Center as well.
I’ve been playing soccer at lakeline since opening day. I felt like I always had to renew my membership which was no prob.then Edgar arrives and tells me I need to renew again and I hadn’t updated it since 2017. I was in shock. I explained to him that the previous crew must of never updated my status, he took my word for it and fixed my membership status. Now when I walk in I don’t have to feel like I owe someone something.
Thanks again Edgar for the GREAT customer service!
