Adam was kind and efficient. I went in on a Monday morning around 9: 45 am. I had started the process online and filled out the forms before arriving. When I arrived, I signed in and waited for about 20 minutes. Once my ticket was called, it took 5-10 minutes to process my application because I had printed it out and filled it out before going in. Adam gave me a receipt, and told me I would receive my new card in about two weeks via the mail.

We were well attended by the man in box 7 I don't know his name but today April 20 his Manager solved our problem thank you.

Too much wait on Phone, not recommended.they take forever to answer, took me almost 2 hours for them to answer.

Still enforcing arcane mask mandates after it has been proven that they do not work. The Biden administration has proven that they are completely under-equipped and completely unqualified to deal with anything regarding public health and safety. Afghanistan has shown that they are also not able to deal with matters of national security either

I came in to change my last name and had my 7month old daughter with me. The security officer let us sit in an empty cubicle away from the busy waiting room. Then when they called my number they saw I had my baby so the worker said he could take me at the cubicle I was already sitting at. They were very accommodating and sweet. I was in and out in 40min!

When I requested a scheduled in person visit, the person I called then called this place. They never called me back. I then tried to call them several times and they never picked up the phone. I almost wonder if this place even exists at all.

Roderick is the name of the guy I spoke with. I'm not sure if I'm spelling it correctly, but he was the rudest, most argumentative, and disrespectful person I've ever spoken to. He obviously hates his job and life and is easily overwhelmed by the simplest things. He hung up on me when I requested a supervisor to set up an appointment because he was ignoring my question about when I can get an appointment and just wanted me to call a different SS number and it was obvious he just didn't want to be on the phone from the start.

I was on hold for about 45 minutes which is fine. I don’t mind holding to get to speak to someone. However, the lady I spoke with, knew nothing about the program I was asking about. She was very short and curt with her answers, & she cut me off with every sentence I started. I confronted her and asked her why she was being so rude. She said she wasn’t. So I informed her that she had not let me complete one sentence without cutting me off. After that, she became overly sweet, which came across as sarcastic & condescending because she still had a flat affect in her voice.

Great Denton Family, but be patient and show some love it's a hard job servicing the public.

I had no appointment and the wait was very short went on a friday. I needed an appointment for later due to my situation and they are all done overy the phone so u dont have to come back. The person that waited on me was very friendly and helpful. U do have to wear a mask. Over all A + plus experience.

Phone system is the pits, evidently "old" and can't recognize short (i.e, mobile keypad) tones and voice recognition doesn't work either.

Excellent service. I got to the office 30 minutes before they opened probably 30 people in line. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Very organized and everyone there was very polite and helpful.

I showed up about 15 minutes early and there were probably about 15 people ahead of me. They let us in 10 minutes before open, and the security and employees were very kind and clear about expectations, rules, etc. I got checked in and seated right away. Right at 9: 00, I was helped and out by 9: 09 for a name change due to marriage. Couldn’t have had a better experience here! They made it so easy!

Wonderful service, all staffs there are so kind and helpful. Go there and avoid the one in McKinney. Honest review.

D'Kay and Debbie were very pleasant, professional and helpful when my wife's Medicare benefits accidentally dropped.

The office stuff including the guard are all very kind, polite, and knowledgeable! They patiently answer questions of my spouse benefit. Their service is excellent and it is worthy to give them a full star! Thanks for the stuff again!
