Hello, thank you for the service, I arrived at 8 am, they open at 9 am, I was in line, I was the second, I was well attended, thank you.

I was very nervous seeing the reviews from this place. I had a great experience, arrived early around 8 and was the third person in line. I went to get my last name changed after marriage and was out by 9: 15 am. Staff was all friendly. I went with my two year old son and all very friendly with him also.

Went into the office to make an appointment, it went smoothly with the lady at the window she scanned in all my paperwork for the appointment. Got my over the phone appointment and that went great. Cecilia Salazar was so helpful throughout the whole process and very polite!

Small office right off hwy, parking is limited st this place. Limited amount of people can go in.

I have been here twice, they keep messing up my son’s case by not entering the correct information. Every time I call I get different reasons why my disabled son’s benefits are suspended. They don’t know how to do their job.

Got there at 8 am so I could be one of the 1st in line. They open at 9 am I was second in line. Line grew to 7 people by 9 am they let the 1st 4 people in. A nice employee checked everyone in and got a number. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Great service!

We went there and got number. We waited around an hour and the lady on number 8 told us that we need another document. We told her our friends made application with this document and no need another one but she insisted. So we went to print that document and came back and got another number. After an hour wait we talked with another person without the document that lady insisted before. He just made an application in a minute. What we see here is lack of information service. Thank you for taking my hours.
