Staff was so mean and rude. They disappointed me and I told them to do my feets they refused it. I have never ever seen bad customer service like this before.

I give them a 4 star because this is my first time here! I will go back because these ladies are very friendly and they do a great job! June was very helpful and gave me some advice that I haven’t had before! Thank you Sophia Nails and spa!

I have been going to Sofia’s shop for a long time, and they always do an amazing job. I’m very OCD and my nails always turn out perfect. So glad I found them. I love my nails.

The best nail technician I have ever been to, Sofia is wonderful. She can do anything that you ask her with nails any kind of design and all the different chrome nails as well!

I've tried various nail salons and even visited a highly praised home-based nail technician, but none have matched Sofia's expertise. She excels in nail shaping, and most importantly, the nail retention exceeds my expectations. No issues with lifting so far, and I'm willing to make the drive to see her again.

I was so pleased with my pedicure at Sofia’s. It had been a while since I had been in and I went with the full package! It was nice and quiet and so relaxing! I most certainly will return!

When I arrived they assigned me to an apprentice, I noticed it because I have done nails myself and I could tell she had no idea what / how to do anything; long story short: One nail broke off the next day on my way to a dinner, and the next one a day later, 3 days later another one and so on, around a week later my nails were a complete disaster, called and the owner Sophia told me my nails were too old and that was the reason for this disasterI gave them dates and told them it had been only a few days, no response, I paid 60 dlls for nothing- she just didn’t care -I wish I could understand why she had the will to act so wrongful to a customer

I moved over an hour away and have been searching for 3 yrs for a great nail place. I finally found my place! Everyone was kind and did an amazing job! I am OCD and need perfect nails and Sofia nailed it! I am in love and can’t stop staring at them! Even the lady that did my pedi was amazing too! So happy I finally found my new regular spot!

I'm really tired of not getting a decent paint job. I don't like getting gel or dip (my fingernails cannot handle it, they get very unhealthy for weeks after gel is off). It really feels like nail salons don't give good service unless you buy the best (most expensive) service. The atmosphere is really nice, laid back, clean. They offered me a drink. But the manicure is sub par and the paint job was not even touched up; there is paint on my cuticles, cuticles were not pushed back all the way resulting in uneven paint job. It looks like the nail polish is thinned out or maybe it's just the pain job. I tip really well - even for this kind of service. So I honestly feel like it's a rip off to not only be a pleasant customer, but tip really well but get this service. The paint job on my toes is MUCH better AND I got black on my toes (imo more difficult to make the paint job look crisp and clean). Oh, you can see on my index finger where the paint chipped through the night (not even 24 hours) amd I decided to paint with my closest color match at home - because I have a show to be at tonight. Anyway. Search for a nail salon continues.

Sofia Nails is a great place to go. The nail techs are professional and kind. I would not go anywhere else in Forney.

I love sofia, I been going to her for about 3 years now and everything I ask for my nails she makes it happen at a affordable price. Good quality and fast too.
