10 out of 10 I just moved to Texas and haven’t got my eyebrows done in over a year I came on Sunday the lady that worked with me was super professional and kind I got my eyebrows tinted and threaded I will definitely go here more consistently thank you

This seems to be an ongoing trend with Soi Brow now a days, you ask for a simple clean up but get the 90's pencil brow instead. I specifically asked to not touch the thickness as I am older and my brows do not grow, I walk out with lines for eyebrows. The ladies that do my eyebrows always have nice thick brows SO how is this concept difficult? This is will be my last time using SOI Brow.

I been here before and they always did a great job but when I was there Sunday 5/21/2023 it was just the most and worst horrible experience. When I arrived to the place I explained to the lady that all I wanted is a clean up and specifically told her that I love the thickness of my eyebrows that please to be really careful because I don't want thin eyebrows, after all the explanation she still did whatever she wanted with my eyebrows and mess up my eyebrows so badly one it was more higher than the other one and very thin I was so upset and end up crying I was so devastated and she keep apologizing but that doesn't do anything for me because I did spend the time to explained and still she did whatever she wanted when I did not wanted like that. She did let me pay. But I still wanted to speak to the Manager but she wasn't available so I gave her my number and I told her that I need it the manager to call me back and it's been already 6 days and the Manager haven't even call me yet that's why I decided to put a review to make people aware that you don't go thru the same thing I am going thru right now. SOI Brow you guys loss me as a customer. Please if you reading this review don't recommend this place please avoid getting your eyebrows mess up and Manager not calling you back because they don't care that our eyebrows means a lot to us woman and will end up going home crying. Horrible experience and horrible customer service. Stay Way of this store and safe your self!

I didn't like the eyelashes, they hurt my eyes a lot, I want to take them off!

Awesome Job! Available on Sundays always a plus. Prices is cost friendly. $12 for eyebrow. Threading is a great choice for that clean look.

Nishat does an amazing job on my eyebrows every time I visit. I have no regrets! Keep up the good job.
