Solar Nails Salon, Waco TX

The people that did my nails didn't listen to me nor care what I wanted, I asked for a shorter nail and they just ignored me and did what they wanted. On top of they didn't clean my nails so when I told the later at the front she said, I asked u if u wanted then cleaned around the nail area. I'm sorry but It shouldn't even be a question a good nail tech knows no one wanted to have their nails looking like that nor should I have to pay for a horrible job.

I paid $115 on Christmas Eve, Sunday and the next day center stone fell off and today which is Tuesdays the two stones on both thumbs fell off. The nail tech wasn't as skilled for the design I requested. I asked the receptionist to assign me with the tech who had the most experience. She replied that they are all trained and skilled. Her attitude was unprofessional and she was rude. To complicate matters once calling today and speaking with the OWNER he has a stank attitude and instead of trying to please me and hear my concerns he came at me sideways telling me that I should have had the tech fix the problem before leaving, and continued to be argumentative, and combative He eventually suggested coming in and they'll fix it before HANGING UP IN MY FACE. WOW Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to me. NEVER AGAIN BABE

I have never in my 30 years of having my nails done, including in Dallas, Ft. Worth, Austin and Waco have I ever been charged for a nail shape, which my nails were already shaped square and length reduction which was not done. I requested a basic fill. My cuticles were butchered. I will not return!

Solar nails is hands down the best nail salon in Waco tx! The customer service is 10/10 EVERYTIME!?

Me and girls had a very great first experience at Solar Nails this evening! I’ve been considering finding a nail salon here in Waco for over a year and I think I may have found the spot! The service was speedy, friendly, and executed well. The prices were pretty reasonable in today’s economy so that was a plus as well. Did I mention the margaritas? !

I came on at saturday around noon & was sat down as soon as i walked in.the atmosphere here is really comforting. Liz did my toes and she was so good, accommodating & very personable! I had a few special request for the exact way i wanted my toes done and she did not disappoint.i just moved here not long ago and this is the best nail salon i’ve found so far!

Amy is amazing for designs.
Her mom always does my pedicures and is just as great. Philip and Kelli always make sure my nails are beautiful done. Very friendly and welcoming and will recommend.

Went in to get my nails filled and get the cat eye- I decided to try this place since my local salon doesn’t have this option. I opted for a pink color, but apparently they don’t know how color works because he did a black foundation color for the pink resulting in an ugly rust color. I was getting my nails done on my lunch break, I did not have time for a complete redo of the mistake. When I was leaving, I noticed my nails were still wet, and I said so.he grabbed my hand, touched my nails, and said they were fine. Two days later, my nails are peeling and underneath the black foundation is still wet. I spent $68 not including tip. I do not recommend this salon.

I really liked it. They were very nice. Came in on a Sunday late & did not need to wait for a chair.
Reasonable pricing. More expensive to do gel, but it is worth it. Extra $25.
Liked their point system. More I go, I get free services.

I went in for a pedicure. Phillip’s customer service was great and Tin’s pedicure felt amazing. Very relaxing environment. I will definitely be coming back.

Really good quality from the few times I've gone here. Expensive though! Full set pink and white was $71. But always friendly staff and clean inside. If you like nail art this is definitely the place to go
