My Service tech was Jack Acuna. He was proficient and very respectful. He explained all that what he was going to do. Which I understood. First time I had Jack as my technician from Solar Service. Very good at his job.

We had our system evaluated for the possibility of installing a battery backup.
The electrician from Solar Service reviewed our system and electric bills and told us the cost would not be justified because our system is older and is not producing 100% of our electricity although it is performing well and our electric bill is low. We appreciated his honesty. While he was here he found that one of our panels was not working so we will have that one replaced. We contacted Solar Service a couple of years ago because our system quit producing and our original provider went out of business. They got our system running again and have given us exceptional service.

Luis was a little early, which was fine, and he did a thorough job. Luis explained everything to my husband, & we are very pleased with the service!

The team worked hard most of the day to clear years of debris out from under my panels and to install "Critter guard" around the panels. Highly recommend.
Update: since the first post, Solar Services has cleaned and calibrated my 24 panels twice and they keep it in top condition. I am glad to have found a reputable company to care for this significant investment.

I’m very grateful that this company was recommended to me when I was having issues with my solar panels and they have repaired squirrel damage and put up critter guard around my solar panels and now they came and cleaned my solar panels. Thank you so much to CJ, he is fantastic; he did the squirrel repairs, critter guard, and the cleaning.
UPDATE: I have had to reach back out to these guys because I started getting alerts again and Luis came out multiple times and spent many hours trying to find the problem (s). I was not charged for anything except parts because this was considered a continuation of the original problem. I’m very grateful for that! They are great to work with. Luis is wonderful.
