Solis Mammography Frisco (Main St)

I took my Mom, a senior, to this location today and both of us were very pleased. Everyone we interacted with right from the person who helped verify the forms/insurance, check-in, to the technical persons who did the mammogram and the bone density were super nice and courteous. Due to Covid protocol, I waited outside after her check-in. They went out of the way helping and escorting mom from one test to another and kept me updated. I have gone to various Solis locations over the past years but, going forward, I will be choosing this location. They are clearly a notch above the others!

Do not go to the one on Main Street. The problem I had was requesting my medical records. I wanted to go to another mammography center to have a follow up done, which was requested by my doctor. I called to see if my records were ready, which they wern't (after two days). Then someone by the name of Teresa called and said my records were ready and I could pick them up, but when I went there they said they were not ready and to come back. I called today to make sure they were ready to pick up and had to hold for about 15 minutes and finally someone from another office came on the line and he had to call the Main St.location. After waiting about 15 minutes, this person came back on the line and said they were ready to pick up. This office has a screwy phone system. You have to hold for about 15 minues and sit through a long speech and finally get a real person.

Beautiful facility. Very nice and provides lots of privacy. Lots of encouraging little touches for women. Gina the tech made me feel so comfortable and made the exam painless. Jessica at the front desk was very warm and welcoming.

I really appreciate Solis. I love the convenience of locations and the availability of appointments. I don’t have to miss work! The staff is always friendly and courteous. I have visited both locations in Frisco.

As many others have stated, this provider is more concerned about money than patients. I was never given the results of my scan. I was billed 3 months later, and on the 4th month, it was immediately sent to a collection agency. Unbelievable.

Horrible customer service. They say they will email you the results within 48 hours and do not and when you call they refuse and then illegally give you the results. Only a physician can give you your results. They do not care about your health and that you are already a cancer patient.

I had my mammogram done here two years in the row. First year I had to come back for additional testing. But second year I did 3D mammogram and was very happy I did. It was $99 extra and well worth of not having to come back for additional screening.

Everyone here from the receptionists to the mammography techs to the physicians is kind and compassionate. I received excellent care on each visit.
