Solis Mammography Southlake

I had a annual mammogram, appointment went smoothly. They were kind and professional. Took the time also to set expectations for my results. Felt well taken care of and they answered questions I had before me asking them. That was nice. Thanks!

I requested that the staff wear a mask around me and explained that I have a family member who is on chemo for lung tumors. I am being extra cautious. She ignored my request and sat down in a chair beside me to go over some forms. I almost got up and left, but I had already taken time off work. I do not have confidence in a medical facility that ignores patient concerns and fails to follow basic safety protocols. This was my first time at Solis and I will not be going back.

I've used several locations of Solis as I have moved. This one was very peaceful.staff was friendly, respectful, and thorough. I was impressed that the Radiology Dr actually took the time after my mammo and sonogram, to come in and explain results and reassure me that my large lump was just a lypoma. I didn't have to wait for results. That's customer service!

Love Solis at Southlake location. Everyone is hospitable from the time you walk in until you leave. Great atmosphere, staff is professional, and seem to love what they do. Positive experience every time I go.

They were fast, efficient, caring, professional, & knowledgeable about my tests-The place was exceptionally clean, which is a real plus! They seemed to be very happy that I chose them for my mammogram & Bone Density tests- Hadn’t been to that facility before, But was very pleased with the service I received!

First time, easy process to scheduling an appointment online, went for my appointment another easy process, Cust service was awesome, the staff was helpful answering any questions. Actually I had no questions because they explained everything clearly. Definitely recommend.

Horrible service and experience. Solis will do whatever it takes to ensure they render additional and inappropriate services to run the bill up. The lies, miscommunication and treatment from this facility is surreal. I’ve been sent to a collections agency after two occasions of specifically being told from solis that would not happen.

Fast, efficient and easy. The technician took for time to explain what she was going to do, and she was very competent and professional throughout the procedure. Check in was easy! I was in and out within an hour.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Front desk staff was very friendly and check in was fast. Waiting room was spotless. Technician who performed my mammogram was very kind and and made the experience as comfortable as it could be. Next year’s appointment was automatically scheduled before I left the office. I would highly recommend Solis!

The staff here are very friendly and efficient! Very clean facility as well. When I walked into the office I was a little worried at first that my appointment would be delayed as there were 4 patients waiting in the waiting room. However, that wasn’t the case as everything went quickly after I checked in. Also I appreciated the technician’s small talk during the exam that helped to ease my overall angst. I highly recommend Solis and will be returning to this location next year.

I went here for a bone density test required by my surgeon before surgery. My surgeon's office sent the orders and told me that Solis would get in touch with me. Since my surgeon's office had not worked with Solis before, they suggested that if I hadn't heard from them to call the office back. After 4 days, I still had no contact from Solis, so I called my surgeon's office. They responded with "Solis has been trying to get ahold of you without success. They have the orders, just call them to schedule". This was a total lie on the part of Solis as I had zero missed calls, messages or emails from them. I called to schedule. The voice promoter was Asian and difficult to understand. I finally got in touch with a scheduler. Her mic was too close to her nose or mouth and I heard every breath. I'm sure she was not aware how distracting this was and how I had to hold the phone from my ear because the noise hurt my eardrum. It was a long process.again, difficult to undertand the scheduler due to her constant breathing in the mic. Once I arrived for my appointment, yes, the waiting room is very clean and the check in process fairly quick. I met with the technician performing the bone density test and was greeted with. " You are SO tiny! I only mean that in a nice way because I am so huge. (She was not huge) Gosh! You are really tiny". It made me wonder if any one huge ever met with this technician if she would comment how huge they were? Why is this commentary ok? This made me feel very uncomfortable and I could not wait to get out of that room. I have never felt more uncomfortable in a medical office than I did there. I would not recommend Solis, there are plenty of other friendlier, and more professional places to get your testing done.

Courteous and efficient staff. This facility is extremely female centric. I don’t know why a woman would go anywhere else. I wish there were options for other procedures here as the energy and staff were so comforting. Loved the lockers!
