After having solar for over a year. I now know that I was lied to and I regret making the decision to go through with it.

The installation people were really good. The Electrician Josh is the greatest and has great knowledge of how to make it work. He is highly dependable and comes all the way from Fort Worth when needed with no questions. I recommend him above all I’ve met.

Hooray for Scott! He gave us some great answers to our situation and problems we have been having for 3 years. We are putting his knowledge to use and hoping for better production! He was extremely personable and really knew his stuff!

I love my solar. The process was easy and my representative walked me through each step. Highly recommend.

Living in a place where there’s practically always sunshine, solar makes sense. Solnova was good to me through the whole installation!

We were a little skeptical about solar. Been pleasantly surprised after one year with our panels. We paid our utility company a total of $172 to oncor for the whole year. Would do it again.

SO INCREDIBLY HAPPY! My husband and I had looked into solar prior to meeting with SolNova but never made the switch because of the investment & loan-structured financing other companies presented. That was up until we met Chas, our sales consultant & now new-friend, who informed us of options now where we could get solar without any upfront costs and wouldn’t require financing from a bank.

He took the time to thoroughly explain exactly how solar works, the benefits and what to expect moving forward. Even more so, he didn’t skip a beat in terms of also telling us potential pitfalls that could occur & how to easily avoid those things from happening. It was his straightforwardness & honesty that really built our trust in this process.

We took time to do our own research & read the company reviews which weighed on our decision to move forward. We understood that a company with a history of business & thousands of customers serviced would have some bad experiences that ultimately took them to posting a negative review. Obviously, most negative reviews are only telling one side of the story.

Ultimately, after weighing all of our options, we decided to move forward with solar. WE couldn’t be happier. The installation was seamless and it looks so sleek and nice with the new panels!

Don’t trust the sales people. I was lied to every step of the way. Promised discounts and $1000 cash. Never saw any of it. These people will scam you

Do not trust them. Run away. We have been completely swindle by SolNova. They are dishonest and nobody takes any responsibility for issue. We specifically picked the amount of panels to cover our hugest useage month, the salesperson confirmed how many we needed. Wr are producing less than half of what we agreed to and we’re just told to wait till spring.

They installed solar panels for me, but they are not working correctly. They sent out two crews on two separate occasion without my knowledge which just left without fixing issue or any communications with me. Now stuck with solar panels bill and non-working panels. Horrible communicators.

Their employees don't know how to read "no soliciting" signs. Going to report this company to the city of Fort Worth and encourage others to do the same

Would give a lower rating but when they do SHOW UP they do good work and are respectable. Point is getting them to finish.started in Sept 22 and now in Dec 22 and not complete. On top of that I have to pay full electric bill and loan for solar panels. Everbright, the financial company they use does not care, Everbright said you signed on the line you pay weither the project is complete or not. Have not received any replies to emails to Solnova and Everbright does not care and only wants their money. This is the kind of company you are dealing with.

Met with Justin and learned about the solar panels and was instantly interested. Justin was hands down on top of his game with his knowledge. The customer service he showed and has continued to show throughout this process has been top notch! From the sign up to the installing to the solar switch I am beyond grateful for Justin and this SolNova company, best choice I could have ever made!
