Well I called yesterday (11/6) at 3: 45 and left my phone number. No one called. Then I sent an email asking 2 questions. No one answered. You shouldn't say you have help when no one responds.

I wanted to order the Solutions Anchored bait station, but I received a message that the minimum order quantity is 54. As an individual homeowner, I do not want that many. I only want 2 or 3.

My overall experience is excellent. I have been getting the products from them for I think 3 or 4 yeats to keep the fire ants, black widows, wasps and the not so terrible disgusting insects away! I'm really satisfied! Thank you! The products works wonderful!

Our rats here in the southwest never go away. I think I kill them off and them they return. I think they have families at the neighbors. I bait the boxes.and slowly find the dead rats.then they are gone again
