Somerset Apartments, Lubbock TX

Really like this apartment. Good location, staff is friendly and good value for the price.

Due to their negligence a water line busted in the vacant apartment above us and our apartment flooded. They refused to do anything about the damage and even denied that anything happened to our apartment.

Living at Somerset Apartments has been very nice. My girlfriend and I moved here about 7 months ago and have been having financial issues. The property manager has been so kind to work with us and make sure that all of our maintenance needs are met.

My experience of living here has been nothing but positive good energy. The leasing manger is very respectful. The residence living here overall are respectful. There’s no loud external noises even though the apartment is by an elementary. It’s so quiet living here I almost forget I even have neighbors.

I have lived here for over a year and love it. Staff is friendly and helpful. And apartments are super cute. I Would highly recommend.

Everything about Somerset has been a great experience for me. It has to be the best rent value in town. The apartments are completely renovated interiors, everything new from paint to all fixtures to flooring. There is a great grass courtyard that is huge; especially great to walk your dog without even leaving the premises. The pool is kept clean and sparkling. The Manager Jill is very involved with her tenants and proactive with any issue you might have. I highly recommend this Apartment Community to anyone looking for a renovated apartment that is not overpriced.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Might as well take your money and flush it down the toilet. The water is always getting turned off. I have took 2 showers in cold water within the last 30 days. Talk about ruin your day at 6 in the morning. Took a year to hang my closet doors. My oven burner is still broken as we speak. Shoulda never renewed my lease but didn’t want to have the hassle of moving it all out. DO NOT RENT FROM GRASSANO PROPERTIES!

I loved my apartment at Somerset Square! My maintenance was always taken care of & in a timely manner! I tell all my friends about Somerset, they are all bills paid, & courteous in the office. Only moved because we bought a house! All the Grassano Properties have been amazing to us!

Great quiet neighborhood! The staff is courteous and the maintenance is prompt. If anything is going to happen they're excellent at letting tenants know. They've been working on the water system allot but, they give notice of what's to be expected. I would recommend this property as they are very professional and the apartments are very well equipped with the things people need.
