Sona Dermatology & MedSpa, Frisco TX

My first experience at Sona certainly will not be my last. All of the staff was so friendly from the moment I walked in. I was a few minutes late to my appointment and was their last appointment of the day, but even still, the staff greeted me so kindly and welcoming. Regina Littleton was my injector and she was wonderful from the start answering any and every question I had and patiently walking me through every detail! I will definitely be recommending Sona to all I know!

I came to Sona Med Spa to visit Dr Adler for some skin conditions. It was impressive how organized and professional they are. All the pre-procedure paperwork was done via internet.
Courtney was the person I dealt with to get everything set up for the visit. She is very professional and assuring.and handled my insurance claim in a breeze.
Dr Adler is so laid back and makes one feel totally safe and comfortable. His many years of experience is very reassuring and his bedside manner is first class.
I would totally recommend Dr Adler and Sona Med Spa for your Derm needs.

Laser Hair Removal treatments did not work at ALL. Was given a hard time to get those extra 2 free sessions they promise and still no results. They were great at taking my money though. I researched and firmly believe that they were using the wrong settings. Either way terrible experience and a huge waste of money.

My experience from the sales pitch meeting to my laser sessions has been professional and comfortable. Adelie is awesome! She has great bedside manner and takes her time through the sessions.

I did a cool sculpting near the armpit/shoulder area and the arm area on both arms. I had barely any results.not worth the thousands of dollars I spent. When I went back for my follow up consultation I asked to retreat the areas and they told me that it would cost another thousand dollars. Overall I don’t recommend cool sculpting.

A relaxing, professional and friendly environment with great staff and facilities. I got great results and support and recommend this location on Frisco very highly!

I had two other CoolSculpting consultations at competitor businesses before Sona—and they blew the competition out of the water! From the moment you walk on the door you are treated as a special guest. Olga was so friendly and personable during the consultation. She made me feel like family. The procedure this morning went very smoothly! They explained what to expect, made sure I was comfortable, and I even took a nap during the cool sculpting! I highly recommend Sona for their spa-like atmosphere, great service, and excellent pricing!

They keep up with trends and technology. I trust them and they are the only Med Spa that I'll go to. I highly recommend the Frisco location. They offer a wide variety of services that will help you look and feel your best! Patti, Rachel and Shelley are the ones I see and they all do a fantastic job!

Super excellent staff and location. The procedure is always done by a professional, I believe Diana. She is great and does it as much comfortable for me as possible. The Pixel Laser does hurt like hell, but the results do show. Thank you.

I had the pixel laser treatment done with Rachel and she was great. She gave me a step by step on what to expect during and after. She also helped calm my nerves and checked with me periodically to make sure I was okay. I have two more sessions and feel better about it, knowing it will be done with her.

This place is awful I have to keep calling and speaking to a bunch of different people to get an answer. I’ve been dealing with this issue since 2015 and to this day still can’t get it resolved. If you can go else where.

Excellent. Professional location, staff, and treatment. Been going for 3 years now for pixel laser and still have one more treatment. I do see results, but it is a very slow process, which I am guessing is how it is.

I would tell anybody don’t go to this place; they massed up my body pretty bad; I can’t talk about it because I have a pinning lawsuit against them
