I absolutely enjoyed my stay here and I’m very hard to please! Rebecca at the front desk was so warm and helpful. You never know what people are going through so being kind is always important and she went above and beyond not knowing my situation! The rooms were clean and perfect for those that need an extended stay. The location was great an Uber was available within 3-4 minutes.

It’s been 7 days since I stayed here, and my 100 dollar deposit still has not refunded back on my card

I had to switch rooms because my thermostat was not working and the rooms smelled horrible. On the food out couch, there was tons of human hair underneath the mattress, like housekeeping forgot about vacuuming that part. I don’t understand why they even ask for a 100 dollar deposit - Hilton doesn’t even ask for that much and to have to wait (or still waiting ….) for my deposit to come back in to my account.

We stayed here between our lease being up and moving out of state. All the staff was courteous and never rude. We had a few issues that were outside of the hotel’s control (my dog was attacked by another dog staying there and the toolbox on my truck was broken into) but overall our stay was pleasant.

The area is not the best, but could definitely be way worse. I never felt unsafe. There were not homeless people living in the dumpster as others have said.

Please read the bad reviews about this hotel and believe them.then run, don't walk to the next hotel on your list and do not under any circumstances stay here.

Let me explain in some detail.

Sure it's reasonably priced for the area but that doesn't mean it's reasonably priced for what you get because this hotel is a disaster. First day we checked in the lights weren't working in the upstairs hallway, so it was dark in the hall, dark in the room where the elevator was.which was awesome for them because it hid how dirty the walls and floors were and how bad they needed a fresh coat of paint and new carpet.

Oh.on top of that the whole time we're moving in our stuff there's this.certain sort of "element" outside watching everything we're doing while sitting in their car doing absolutely nothing but watching. On top of that you'll probably wake up daily to homeless wandering around outside looking in cars or just sitting and watching.yeah that happened twice.

The room we check in to was okay, nothing special at all, reasonably clean but while there was an ironing board, there was no iron and we needed an iron for our clothes. We went downstairs and asked and were told that they'd have housekeeping bring us one. Nope. The 2nd day we went and asked again.told again that housekeeping would bring us one before they went home. Nope. Finally the individual at the front desk brought us one later that night. Oh.we also asked for fresh towels for 2 days before being brought those as well. We went and bought our own toilet paper because we didn't trust anybody in this hotel to bring that.

The bed is okay, it's not the worst hotel bed I've ever slept on but the sheets are paper thin and so incredibly uncomfortable that I can't imagine how someone bought these and thought they were a good idea to put on a bed. The pillows are some of the worst pillows I've ever laid my head on as well. It's just horrible.

The shower barely works.when you turn it on and try to switch it to "shower" the water basically goes half out the shower head and half out the faucet.

We went to go wash our clothes today (hey at least they don't charge you for that) but they have 4 washers and TWO of them are out of service and the others were being used.

So what else? Don't plan on using the internet much while you're here, like everything else it's a joke. Even signing up for their "travel pass" will get you one bar of service IF YOU'RE LUCKY, which generally you won't be because half the time you won't get any service at all or when you do it'll be so slow you'll think you're back to using dial up. I'm not kidding.

So what's the good? The tv's work (although they're very small) and the front desk people are pleasant enough. Other than that this is one of the crappiest hotels I have ever had the displeasure of staying in.

Stay here at your own risk.

In fact, just don't. Just trust me and do not. Not under any circumstances. Just spend the extra few bucks and go somewhere else.

I'm only giving 4 stars to the rooms as the first one that we were assigned had so many issues, after the second night we were re asigned to a different one which I happen to like so much better, but in general the faculty and rooms are clean and staff is so friendly and helpful

Checkin was good. The girl on the desk was nice. The place was in a quiet location. Good size room, clean and tidy. Good value for money.

Most of the staff is friendly. They make you wash your own towels and linens. Seems like they get upset if you turn them into be cuz I got asked to leave after I did that. But what a coincidence I was supposed to get all my taxes after 30 days. They told me I could not extend my stay on the twenty-ninth day. Not one complaint in 6 weeks until that day. Crooked!

Nice place wonderful service desk. Unfortunately they are clueless about security deposits. I ended up paying almost double of the regular room price being promised 100 dollars back in a few business days. Mind you they don't take cash so you have no choice but to sit without your money and so far it's been 6 days and counting when I was told it would be 2 to 3 banking with national banks such as Bank of America or Chase etc. I wouldn't come back here simply because it's financially ran by a system there is nothing the help desk can do.

This place is highly not recommended I’ve stayed here and have had to switch my room multiple times. With the reasoning of broken ac’s and etc it’s has stong nasty odor’s and staff is rude they almost never. Have item replacement when I bring them upfront, THIS HOTEL IS NOT RECOMMENDED!

I haven’t even checked in yet and all I did was come in to ask a simple question and the lady at the front desk had an attitude. If you’re not in a good mood don’t come to work. If you don’t like your job don’t do it. I came in on May 17 literally at 9: 25 am to ask a question. Hopefully when I get checked in the rest of my day will be better.

I've never stayed at a hotel with such attentive staff. Everyone who works here is polite and helpful, no matter what the time of day.
Rooms are really nice and reasonably priced. They all come with a full kitchenette, which means you can actually have home-cooked meals.
The single queen room looks identical to the pictures on the website.
24/7 gym and laundry are a huge plus. Pet-friendly.
There's a bonus gazebo on the north side of the hotel with two grills, one table, and four chairs.
Only weird thing is that you have to pay a $100 refundable deposit when you check in at the front desk. It gets refunded to you anywhere from 3-14 business days if you don't damage your room.

They are the worse. They canceled my trip at the last minute which it put me in predictable situation. Same thing happened to my friend

My wife and I made a reservation here because the photos on the website looked great and the price was good.

We arrived after a late flight and found that spending the nights we had booked there would have been a liability to our health and safety.

Upon checking in the hallway smelled very disgusting and looked generally unkept.

Initially we noticed the floor was dirty with stains, the walls were dirty with red and black stains, The bathroom walls had hair all over them, the shower was disgusting, chrome trim on lights and vents was rusting, the towels were stained, and prior to getting in bed we noticed that pillowcases were stained.

We have taken photos of all of this and we switched our entire plans for the night at 3am to find a different hotel to feel more comfortable with our stay in Dallas.

Do not stay at this hotel, the photos are not at all indicative of the experience.

I had a reservation for 2 nights. Check in was fine, the room was clean BUT extremely HOT. I advised the front desk that the AC read 60 but the room is hot and uncomfortable. She stated they were completely booked so I could not change rooms and they had no maintenance onsite to look at it. I didnt have the funds to find another hotel so I was stuck with a hot muggy room for the entire weekend.
There was a plunger in the restroom when I first walked in the room and after using the toilet I realized why. I had to plunge the toilet every time I used it.

They said they just bought the place in December. It needs work but the people are friendly and they allow pets. There is a pretty big field to walk dogs.

This place deserves 0 starts. I'm so upset with them. My kids apparently found a crack pipe in the room and took it to school in his backpack. I question my child where you found this. He showed me, and there was another plus needles. I turned them into the office of the hotel, and the manager never called me back. The week that I was there, I never received a clean towel. They never cleaned the room. I asked for a broom daily. They said they didn't have one. The desk attendant is never at the desk. For assistance you have to basically keep coming. It's a mess there. There are people prowling day and night.
