They get the orders correct and deliver the food to you in a Timely manner. Quality of food is consistent, hot, very tasty.

Honestly, the customer service this sonic location offered despite dealing with stressed out customers searching for good in a weird texas snow storm was absolutely wonderful. They were warm and although they must've been annoyed at the customers I was greeted with a pleasant demeanor and patience. Better customer service than even chick fil et!

I went to Sonic Drive in the other day and bought a Sonic Blast with Butterfinger and an order of onion Rings the service was fast and fresh I appreciate there hard work at Sonic Drive In on Culebra Road

Placed order and paid no problem. But waited almost 10 mins after the notification that the order was being out for our food before our order showed up. One of the cat hops came to our car with another order asking if it was ours.

Couldn't hear the lady over the intercom and she couldn't hear me over the music on the speakers outside. After I finally got my order, the music was still so loud it could be heard over my stereo with the windows rolled up. If it were good music I wouldn't mind, but they were playing some garbage whiney doodoo music.

It took them about 35 to 40; I'll see minutes to get our food and when we got it it was cold. They were very busy. I usually love Sonics.

They do not appear to change the oil in their fryer often. The tots tasted horrible, and when I tried to call to let them know nobody answered. Disgusting standards at this Sonic.

I got here 20 minutes form the posted time. Still here and haven't even paid. All for just medium sized Sonic blast. Disappointing.

Used their new app to order a Reese's PB Cup Sonic Blast and picked it up really fast. I love ordering ahead!

Everything was good except they forgot an item but called them back and they will refix my order except for that great service

GROSS! They gave us black corn dogs and chicken strips. The manager comes out and says their new oil hadn't shown up so they were using the black oil to fry everything. And he didn't want to give me my money back. NEVER GOING BACK!

Waited 13 minutes for a medium drink and small order of wings with few other customers there at the same time. When my order did come out the drink was the wrong size, server took it back, gave me a medium drink, and then took off before I could tell her it was the wrong drink. The wings at least had the right sauce on them, but they had been torn up so there were little piles breading and chunks of chicken just kind of sitting in a soup of the sauce.

Car hop, Kierra, was so nice and kind. She even came back to my car to make sure everything was okay, and to see if I needed anything. The food was hot and fresh! Best breakfast toaster I've ever had. They're doing a GREAT job.

At least their ice cream and slushy machines aren't broke once a week and I got my order right, this time. Just took forever to make 2 shakes.

It took them almost twenty minutes to get my two drinks and an order of popcorn chicken. And an extra 10 mins to actually get my order delivered to my car. Worst service ever!

Horrible service! They offered our order to the next car over and we continuously told the her that that was our order and ignored us. Worse service ever!

Sat in Drive thru 10 mins then wife called so see if there’s a problem with drive thru. They said they would be right with us and nothing.

This specific location is hit or miss. The last 2 of 3 visits employees have been really rude (this time it was Lauhrynn). I dig you may not like your job, but go find another one and stop taking it out on customers. Won't be back to this location.

Not happy with my visit. Took some time to get my order and then realize I was given the wrong order.

Super fast and friendly service while extremely busy. While eating in the car, I encountered a number of times employees would check if I needed any condiments or napkins. A+
