Sonic Drive-In, El Paso TX

I have ordered several times through the app so my order would be ready when I go for lunch.and several times it takes them about 15 to 20 minutes to get the order right and brought out to you. This location sucks.

Slowest sonic ever! I have all this time waiting in my car so I'll this time to comment. It has been 20 minutes Seriously!

Got like 4 drinks from here and the lady left to fast. We were going to tip! Place was fast as hell.

Slower than a snail. Wouldn't suggest ordering here unless you have an extra 45 min to spare.ive went there 3 times to give them chances and all 3 times slower than molasses

Great service and efficient however they looked at my receipt read it aloud to me and still forgot one of the items I ordered so I had to wait a little longer

Worst Sonic location in El Paso. The employees often forget something and are extremely rude, the lack of customer service at this location is outrageous, it’s as if they hire bitter unhappy people only for this location who do not care at all about their job or people for that matter, sometimes they do not even say thank you and have a look on their face. On one of my orders one day the fries were extremely disgusting, as soon as I took them out of the bag I could tell by their color and appearance and the taste was much worse it even left an after taste. That was the final straw for me I no longer order from this location and I strongly advise you to not waste your time or money here, INSTEAD go a little further down to the Sonic in front of Chick Fil A and you will receive much better service and food.

I had the patty melt I think it as good as whataburger and it's smaller but it's also less in price

Only 1 other car in the drive thru and it forever to get 4 car hop specials! Then the bread was old and the meat was dry and crunchy! I would not recommend this location.

I parked, pressed red button which indicated that I will would be helped, I waited and waited, car parks next to me, they pressed red button and were quickly helped, I took off and went to McDonald's

About 8pm went to the dine in stall waited about 10 mins no one helped. I decided to move to the stall next door to me waited another 10 mins still no one helped. Did not even bother going to drive thru to give sonic my money when they didnt even care to help me out to begin with. I was on a 30 min lunch break out of all fast food joints i went there but ended up wasting my whole lunch break. Disappointing.

I went for an iced coffee. Before I placing the order I asked to crew member if their drink had cream and sugar. He sounded tongue tied and told me it came premade with creamer. I clarified and asked if I could have the drink with cream and sugar and he said yes. When my drink came promptly I was excited until I tasted it. It tasted fake, like iced coffee flavored creamer. I was misled and feel like I wasted my money.

Below is a photo of one of the array of sick birds that beg for food outside Sonic. If the birds look like this eating this kind of food one can only imagine what it does to humans. Just saying.

what can o say about sonic never had any bad experiences with them they are always nice theres a guy in the morning little chubby with a mustache mexican american he is a great person really nice i just cant remember his name but he always gives me great service on the rojas and zaragoza location my self i always order cherry limeade 44oz its good and if theres anybody out there thats likes red bull you can have it with that well i did i dont if its a seasonal thing but probably you can still get it enjoy

Waited 30 minutes for my food. This was from the time I pushed the red button to when I got my food. I had to go knock on the door to get them to answer the red button call. I pushed it and waited over 10 minutes. I finally went and knocked on the door. They were in there just standing around. I ordered my food. A kids meal with a corn dog and fries. I also ordered a super sonic cheese burger meal. Waited for over 15 minutes. Then the screen at the stall said someone was bringing my food out. And waited for 10 minutes. Had to go and knock on the door again. Stood there till I got my order. Then my food was cold so it had to be just sitting there. This was by far the worst sconic's I've ever been to! I wish I could give them negative stars!

Waited about 30 mins just for a shake and I also had to go pick it up inside bad service. And the guy who help me didn't even apologize or anything.

Of course the drinks at Sonic are always a treat, my personal favorite, a cherry Limeade with strawberry added, always hits the spot but otherwise than that not much to rave about in particular. I was decently satisfied with their Philly Cheesesteak but their fries were too salty and burgers have been feeling subpar.
