Drive-thru is soooo slow at this location, don't bother with it. Just pull up and park in the stalls.

Individual working at this place are horrible. They brought my order wrong which wasn’t a problem things happen. But my blast had obviously been droped.offered to bring a new one only to be brought back filled again as a whole née one only they forgot to wipe it clean the ice cream was still all over the side of cup. Horrible will never go there again

Come on SONIC, waiting in the drive through for littarly 10 min before I gave up, got to the window to be told they only have one headset. Then pull in THREE stalls only to see they have signs or blue screen of death on the order screens. Had enough, DQ next door got your business tonight and won't be back until you fix your equipment issues and staff your store with enough people and equipment to do it right. What got me mad the most over the last several weeks is the inoperable screens, can't be bothered to put a cone in the stall so people don't pull in. The waiting at the drive though without an answer has happen before as well. Home Depot sells cones if you didn't know that. See you on a few months to check if it's any better.

Just wasted 20-30 minutes of my life because my order was taken.but never made. Employee “uh, then have a nice day” replied to my “we’ve been waiting for 20 minutes, did you even take my order? ”

I won't be back. First off you need to offer more than that nasty American cheese as a choice rather then no cheese at all Do you realize most people eat fast food because they have to, not because they want to. Most fast food places are barely edible. So my words of wisdom are listen to your customers complaints and accommodate their needs or bottom line they will go somewhere else! Always ask yourself one question, would you eat this?

Food was good. Took abnornally long though. On the plus side the cashier at the drive thru made up for the shortcomings. He was very friendly and his cheerful and positive attitude was just impossible to ignore

The guy taking the drive-thru orders won't let a customer (my wife) finish their sentence before interrupting, (anything else) I felt it was rude, and not customer service friendly. Please go to a different sonic before comming here.

I have never been able to go to this sonic and have my order correct. Multiple times they have forgotten part of my order, given me a completely different order, and one time I ordered a simple grape slush and they gave me a “pink” slush that’s flavor was undetectable (and what I mean by that, is that I literally couldn’t tell what slush they had given me as on top of all that, it was extremely watered down). Each time I have waited an incredibly long time, which I understand is probably a low staffing issue but I still feel is important to address if you’re considering going to this location. I haven’t been to sonic for months and If I plan to, I would much rather go to the one 5 miles out than this one that is a block away.

If i could've zero stars I would've. This location is horrible. I order my food or drinks through the app and when I get there it takes them 30 minutes to get the order out and it could be TWO drinks. Also their ice cream machine was down and I have to call a third party to get my money refunded in 7 to 10 business days! I normally skip over them which is right by my house and go to the one on 1604 but I thought let me give them another chance. NEVER again. This location should just shut down and build something more useful.

I ordered my meals and realized I did not have any ranch sauce for my torts. The slightly overweight guy (like me) was walking past my car. I blew my horn three times, and he completely ignored it or me. So, I went into the vestibule and he had the nerve to say "you can't be in here. " If you had not ignored my horn I wouldn't be, and he said, I'm busy. At that time there were two vehicles parked. I retorted, You caused me to be here. He has an attitude, I picked that up during the order process, no patient. He should find work outside of working with people.

We came to pick up dinner tonight (9-16-2020) and paid for our order at approximately 7: 35 pm. We inquired about our order 15 minutes later since we had seen others get theirs and had already left. We got a response that there was no order and then changed their comment to, "Oh, wait. We'll get it right out to you. " Finally after waiting for a total of 25 minutes, we received our order. No explanation as to the long wait until I asked why we had to wait so long. She said that it had be redone. Leaving the impression that no apology, no explanation would have been given unless I had asked. Then to top it off, half the order was wrong and some items were missing. All in all, if you would like your food in a timely manner AND correct, I highly recommend you go to another location.

Every time I come back it seems to get worse and worse. Orders are almost never correct, and half the time the order ahead doesn't work on their end. Has no problem charging me before hand and giving no way to cancel.

Extended wait time for our order. No explanation. Poor service. Took thirty minutes to get three burgers cheddar peppers and mozzarella sticks. Get home no marinara in the bag. Good service begins with good leaders and a smidgen of caring.

Had to go back b/c they messed up our shakes the 1st time. They got it right the second & oh boy that smores shake.hold on to hour taste buds cuz it'll blow you away.
