Sonic Drive-In, Houston TX

The food was good but the young lady taking the order got my order wrong on which burger I had requested. We didn't realize til we drove away but nothing tasted bad.

We never got a chance to order because now matter hiw many times we pushed the red button no one came to the speaker. We were gonna go through the drive-thru but we noticed all the cars were driving off because now one took their order either. If they paid right they would be able to get employee's to work for the the company

Horrible. They don’t even respond to you when you go through the drive thru. My corn dog was literally inedible.

Horrible the corn dog with old old old people that work here on the one girl especially had a major attitude the tater tots are old and cold will not be back this Sonic is really went down and used to be one of the best ones

Every time I go there they don't have anything and they take forever to get your Order. One time I even went to just get a slushes and they said that they didn't have slushes. Bad service overall

I waited at a stall for about 5 minutes and no one answering the buzzard

Went through the drive through and all they were taking was drive through orders.

I have been waiting on line for almost 15 minutes
I just ordered a cherry Limeaid and still haven’t received my drink yet.

Hit the spot. I always enjoy their Classic crispy chicken sandwich and a Cherrt lemonade or Strawberry slushie.

I hate this place everytime we order it take s 45mins to 1 hour to wait while dont you hired more people or closed your store is not worth it im so dissapointed

Super disappointed in this location. I pulled into a stall and pressed the red button (you know the one) and waited my turn. A few minutes go by and no one helps me so I press it again. So I press the button again and the same thing happens. I try to flag down an employee but no one looks my way. I really wanted a drink that only sonic has so I press that red button again. After another 4 minutes (yes, I watched the clock) I left and drove to a different location and was in and out in literally 3 minutes. I’d have given this location a pass if they were busy but they weren’t and they walked passed my car to deliver orders to other people at least 3 times.

The service needs improving, and the food is okay. Their regular sodas are the worse sodas I ever tasted. Their coke soda is watered down and doesn't taste or look like coke. Their specialty drinks are good, they need to clean the soda machines!

All I can say is to come to a drive thru around 11 at night is pushing it
However, from the start of the order the person that took our order was very professional considering how late it was.kudos to her!
Everything we ordered and how we wanted it was there including the condiments that went over well with me. (Normally it isn't and you have to ask at certain spots and then they have an attitude.)
Both my husband and I were either hungry as all get out or that was a dayum good burger lol. I mean meat was seasoned the bun was on point and the mayo tasted to be seasoned too. Overall this was good and I was satisfied and coming from me at this time of night isn't likely at all lol.

Horrible service. They took forever, then didn’t give me my change or receipt. This place needs to be shut down. Trash

I only gave 2 stars because I love the ice. I come LITERALLY 1-2 times per week to buy a bag of ice but my wait is NEVER less than 5-10 minutes to simply place my order. While my staff interactions have been pleasant, the wait time to order is unacceptable.

I place a order online and went to pick up at this location I received somebody else order even when I told the employee my name and ext my food was all mess up drinks was made incorrectly like this is crazy I never been so mad at a fast food place until now
Never going to eat or recommend nobody to go here there’s better place
