16I’ve had some bad experiences with them in the past, but thanks to the? Of the lady in the intercom I’d never everrrr come back here again. Extremely rude! P. S.don’t you dare to tell her “don’t yell at me please…”. Because she? ? ? , and tell you that they’re understaffed and that you need to be patient and wait… sis I didn’t even get to place my order…
I was really good impressed with the service. Seems like back to the future facility, but the chicken tenders better than other familiar places, vanilla ice cream cone big and delicious it's not melting in your hands.
Ordered a mini shake got a small. Plus for some reason only the drive thru was open and it was not closing time yet.
I just wanted to let everyone know the a Mr. Robert that works there, and he is there almost always. He is a very hard worker and a very respectable man you you have a chance and to go by will see how awesome he is. Thank you Mr Robert

Know by now the issues with slow orders, i was picking up an online order, (to save time) took me 9 min, to arrive at the restaurant, told them which order i was picking up, and waited for 50 minutes. Also when asked about how much longer it will take i got no answer.
This is a recurring issue with this location.
This location seems to close at random times.they should update their time of operations online
Sat before the menu for around 7 minutes till finally got my order taken. Waited over 20 minutes and no order was made or delivered. Cars in front of me, that, I assume, have waited for a long time were leaving in frustration. This is the worst location of Sonic I’ve ever been to
They are so SLOWWWWWW I order three drinks and I left Becuase they took FOREVER! Whoever managing this sonic better Step up before it’ gets shut down of the many bad reviews it has
As soon as we pulled up the carhop came up to us and gave us someone's order. She handed it to my son and walked away. When we finally got her attention to tell her that we hadn't even ordered yet, she got an attitude and took the food and gave it to another car. (Which is extremely unsafe during a pandemic). We got out to sit at the tables, but they were sooo dirty- like they had never been cleaned before. So we decided to go back and eat in the car. When we ordered, we were told there would be a 10 minute wait, but it was over 30 minutes. And when we got our food it was inedible. They took it back to remake it, but I still ended up throwing it away. The carhop was holding my shake (which has a big open hole in the lid) and he pulled his mask down to yell at the other carhop- over my milkshake! The service was super slow and the carhops were talking loudly to each other and using profanity. We were with a church youth group, so at this point, we decided to just get the food and go, letting the children eat it while we drove instead of sitting in the car and hearing the carhop's conversation. Sonic is one of our favorite restaurants, but we will NEVER visit this location again!
Problem with the app and I couldn't get the discounted price unless I waited 40 mins for happy hr.
My onion rings are always fresh and tasty. But they are always busy. They need more staff for a faster service.
Went to this place today. I tried to order and the guy couldn't hear and I spoke clearly. So I drove away.
I ordered one corn dog I waited over 10 minutes for my order to come out I buzzed to ask where my order was they couldn't find it.

Not even one star for this location. I visited the store on Blalock, Houston. I was in the drive-thru but even after long wait, nobody helped me. I thought it was due to sensor, I moved my car back and drove over, a few times. Still nobody came to door. One of the staff saw me and asked me what was wrong, I explained then she said that she will let the guys inside know. I waited for a long time, still nobody helped. So I drove up and try to talk to the guys inside, they were all laughing and not dong much of anything. I explained to them what happened, they were making fun of me and were being rude. By this time, I wasted about 10-15 min.and was humiliated. I decided to leave? But it was a terrible experience and nobody at the location cared for customer service. It explains why the Yelp review is so bad at that location
Every morning I come to this location only this location they never have a cook available like whats the point if the person there can't cook this location is terrible with management because management would make sure that their employment is at work on time. I figure I try and every time I try there is no cook.yet I thought this was a fast food restaurant
