They took forever to take my order, my food was cold, my drink order was incorrect and disgusting, and they double charged my card.

I tried over and over to give this location a chance because this location is down the street from my job. Once I ordered a Double Meat Grill Cheese Sandwich return to the job and it was bread that was not toasted and cheese ONLY. It was too late for me to head back over so I took the loss. I ordered once again this time just a burger combo and it was halfway decent but the patty was a bit on the smaller side. Today was it, this was the show stopper! With my confidence raised a bit higher because of the last experience I went back to my very 1st order that was incorrect (Cheese Only). Yes I ordered the Double Meat Grilled Cheese Burger combo. I'm looking at the picture on the sign while in the drive through and it looked fantastic. I'm not in line expecting it to look exactly like the picture but something close because of my experience at other Sonic locations. When I returned to my desk and pulled out a sandwich that I had to lift up to see the meat there was a serious problem. I couldn't believe my eyes, there were two patties that didn't weight a quarter pound put together. The bread was not toasted with a pale look. I am not used to Sonic disappointing to this degree. They just took my money, I felt like someone had stolen my hard earned $9. I looked on line to see if others has the same problem but ironically from what I saw the sandwich did favor the signage in the drive-through. This could only mean one thing, it is the location that has decided to rob its patrons, the community, and those who serve it of a decent meal. I will not be voluntarily giving my money to this location ever again!

Wish it could let me post without having to leave a star but dont bother with this place. Took forever to get my order and literally as I am typing this I am still waiting for my order to be given to me at the window. They are not short staffed they're just that slowwwwww.

They take for ever and on my drink no ice come on the food was all cold. I try giving them another change but worst place ever. Then to top of they wanted to run my card twice

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered through the app it said my food would be ready in 5-7 minutes I got there 15 minutes after I ordered and still sat there for 25 minutes then when they brought out my tots they didn't have cheese on them like I paid for so they took them in and put the smallest amount of cheese I have ever had on my tots and I order a route 44 strawberry lemonade and the so little strawberries that it wasn't even pink not to mention my bread that was supposed to be toasted was still as white as if it came right out of the bag! It was so bad my husband couldn't even finish his and he is 6'2 and 350lbs he loves to eat!

At this point they need to clean house or shut this location down. It's like you have to wait at LEAST 10 minutes with no one else in line but you before they ask how can they help you.

The food was horrible. Quality was so bad I asked for a full refund, I was told that since I used the app to order I had to use it to get a refund. This was the worst food Quality this year.

Ordered Sonic new Grilled cheese sandwich and they didn't even grill it! It's in the name of the sandwich how do you forget to grill a Grilled cheese sandwich.

This is by far the slowest Sonic ever. I am not even exaggerating. Most sonics are pretty quick even during happy hour rush.this one takes forever.

Every sonic we have gone to takes forever. Like they all need better training. I waited for about 20 mins for food, when it came out it was lukewarm and no drinks. Another 5 mins for my drinks and never received a receipt.

Apparently the drive up touch screen I originally parked at was not working properly, but there was no sign notification. I sat there for 5 or so minutes before I was told to move to another spot. I did that, waited again. I attempted to order, but that spot was apparently having issues as well so a young lady came to the car to get the order, which was fine. A few minutes later an older man (assuming manager) came out to the car & asked what I
ordered. I was confused because the price & items were noted on the screen correctly. However, my ordering a chocolate sonic blast with Oreos was confusing to him. I told him the young lady I just spoke with had it right, but he seemed to undermine her as if she didn’t know. She pointed out that it was on the commercial touchscreen as well. So they went off to discuss further I guess brought out the order and…. It was WRONG. I sent it back & didn’t bother with having them correct it. Because if that guy was the manager, didn’t know the menu, undermine employees in front of customer, then still gets it wrong, no thanks I can go somewhere else.

Filled my son with so much ice there was barely any drunk in the cup. Got a cherry lime slush with extra cherry drink was not even mixed. The only reason for the 2 stars is because of the young man who bought it was a sweetheart.

Driver thru took 20 min and when I got to the window they didn't even have the correct order. I order chili tots and this girl asked me did you order the jalapeno something and I said no so she said oh okay hold on and I waited 6 min at the window she didn't tell me the total she didn't confirm the order and walked away from me. So I drove off. They never turned off their headsets so we heard them talking bad about customers orders if I could give this place a zero I would.they're the worst. NEVER EVER GO AT NIGHT THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE!

Haven been to sonic for 4 yrs.i hate ordering to a speaker they can't hear you or you can't hear them and you feel like you have to shout.then you get your order get home and it's wrong.i heaven been wanting a foot long for the longest time and I order 2 and other stuff and sent me home with 2 regular hot dog I was so mad.we don't drive we took Uber there after work, that why I hate ordering threw a speaker never get your order right.they use to come to your car personally to take your order, was better.

If you’re around the Almeda mall craving Sonic please do not ever come here, go to the Fairmont location instead. They are always understaffed, I waited at the order station for 30 minutes with no response from anybody, this is the second time that this has happened already.

This place is Ghetto. The employees and the facility. The employees aren’t properly trained and the store is not clean. People are rude as far as management. Please buy food at your discretion.
