Sonic Drive-In, Fort Worth TX

Received wrong change from the server, and when I went in to politely ask for the correct change, I was met with glares from the workers. Change fell and no one bothered to pick it up. No apologies or any sort of courtesy. The best part…I still ended up with the wrong change. It was not worth going back in to ask again.

Yes, it is an 11 PM Saturday shift and you are young adults working minimum wage…but there was so little respect given to the customer.

The other times I have been here, the food has been good and gotten out in reasonable time, so there is that.

This is a place my family goes all the time. Service is always fast and people bringing the food are always super nice.

We asked for ketchup and the car hopers rolled his eyes just because we asked for more ketchup. Very horrible customer service and this is not the 1st time I get horrible service from this sonic

I ordered. Paid. Waited. And waited. Pushed the button again. They asked can I take your order. I reminded them that I already ordered a long time ago but hadn't received my food. They completely forgot that I was out there and the employee who was supposed to bring my food just didn't! Very disappointed. They didn't remake the food either, they just gave it to me cold after it had been sitting wherever before they found it and brought it to me.

While Sonic food was good the service was not up to par. Some condiments ordered were never delivered, but the food was good.

Order uber eats from here sometimes and always fail to give me a straw with my slushy. Drinking a slushy with no straw is terrible

James was awesome getting us our order! I actually thought he had skates on cuz he was so fast. I know we’re to come to lunch everyday now knowing how fast I can get my order! James needs a raise

Red button has been activated, waited 8 minutes for them to answer. They turned red light off, I pressed it again and then they asked if they could take my order.

The Sonic in fort Worth was great everything they had everything together I just hate driving to fort Worth to get what I want for Crowley is not worth going to

App works well, frozen cherry limeade / limeade slush with cherry is super good, which they would bring back bubblegum flavor:)

The people were so unorganized. Orders were being delivered to cars that had not ordered. After watching and waiting for 30 minutes before my order was taken, I realized why people were driving off. My order was the number 1 mustard, no cheese and no tomatoes. The only thing they gortright was no tomatoes. The order it self looked like it was left from a drive off. Never had such diqusting food served to me.

Real fruit slushes are awesome of course. Grape slush with nerds candy is quickly becoming my favorite! Other items like mozzarella sticks and coneys are great as well. Keep up the wonderful job!
