Sonic Drive-In, Kingwood Area TX

Food is hardly ever fixed correctly and is cold. Bunch of kids working and they just didn't care. They take a long time just fix a drink. How hard is it to put ice in a cup and put drink in the cup

I don't know what it is about this Sonic, but literally the last four times I've been there something has gone wrong. Whether it takes me 25 minutes to get my food like today, or they bring me out the wrong order, also like today

Didn't buy food on this visit but I love their hamburgers. They make the best cherry dr.

This location seems to always be understaffed. The food is always sloppily put together and tastes like old grease. The car hops are nice, but the ones taking the order sound like you're inconveniencing them by pushing the red button.

The food was horrible from the fries to the hamburger to the malted to the hots dogs never eat anything from there again

I ordered 3 times, and every time I spoke, the girl taking my order said she didn't understand. I heard laughing in the background and suggested she come to the car and I could tell her the order. A different girl then said they weren't allowed to come out to cars to get orders, and then bursts of laughter from several people in the background. I said that they must be very busy and I would come back another day. The young woman said, B- byhee, and turned off the speaker.

These fools need to fix their screens! Tired of having to change stalls or inconvenience the car hops when trying to pay with a card. Also, the tots are hit or miss! Last batch was a definite miss!

Apparently, they are using sub-standard cups now. I picked up my drink with the same level of force I always do, and four of my five fingers went right through the wall of the cup. I just spend 45 minutes cleaning my car.

I have the mobile app and always make my order before I get there and it is at my window very quickly and they are always very friendly!

We aren’t recurrent customers of Sonic. Frankly, I don’t remember the last time I was in one. My kids wanted Sonic so we stop to try it. I believe the ordering process can be substantially improved, perhaps to a more automated one and eliminating the human factor. Although nice when they delivered the food, the ordering process was confusing due to the radio communications and patroon rush. The order was not right either, mistakes are inevitable when dealing with the H factor, the stations have touch screens, use them.

Very disappointed in my last visit. My burrito was cold, and had only 2 or 3 potato tots. The cheese was not melted. The drink was the wrong flavor. I also had a long wait. I am reconsidering changing to Wendy’s down the road.

I am craving chili cheese tots just writing this review! I usually never have negative comments about sonic, they usually deliver.

Just wanted to say I was very impressed with the staff. One young lady in particular. We had a larger order and I apparently made a couple of mistakes. The young red headed cheery and professional associate that was helping me was just amazing. She was very patient and made sure everything was taken care of. I missed her name but I was there on Saturday nov 5th around midday. She had long red hair and was the example of customer service. Well done

Ordered 2 Rt 44 Cherry burst drinks (not the slush) with bursting bubbles. Paid almost 4$ a piece for them and only got a couple of bursting bubbles. Very disappointed. Especially at that price!

I'm a friend of John Campbell & we went to sonic today & I order Butter finger Sonic Blast. When my BF blast came today it had a minimal amount of butter finger candy in it. I have order many in the past & always been satisfied with them, but today I was not.
