Absolutely the worst sonic ever! Service is awful! Never any kind of drink that I ask for in stock for the after eight special! It’s disgusting! Orders are always wrong! Ivey tried and tried here! I prefer to go to the sonic in Atascocita then here! NEVER WILL I EVER GO BACK AGAIN! NEVER!
I hope corporate gets this!

Car hop guy was very nice. He took payment right away and was mad the cooks were taking so long with our food. Everything was fresh and hot, so didn't mind the wait.

Ordered 2 Blast and 2 milkshakes, the blast had the toppings on top only. I put the spoon to the bottom of the cup spin it until I pull the spoon back out to check if any toppings are throughout the blast and it was all ice cream and the topping that were sprinkled on the top. This was on both blast, and I paid of extra toppings just to get a cup of ice cream with toppings only on the top of the blast. Not very happy and this has happen on multiple occasions.

Service was slow and rude. The entrance area to the bathroom was covered in cigaret ashes and smelled terrible. Clearly the employees use this as their smoke room. As I was taking my child to the bathroom, an employee walked out of the kitchen area with a vape pipe hanging out of his mouth. Doesn’t give me much confidence that he wasn’t doing that in the kitchen.

This place has slowly went downhill over the past year. They are super slow even when they are not busy. They can hardly ever get an order all the way correct. The night crew doesn’t understand customer service nor do they provide it. They need to work on getting this place back into shape.

Literally writing this review as I'm waiting 10+ mins for a bag of ice.
That's it.
That's my WHOLE order.

Nobody in line ahead of me.
Nobody behind me.

Maybe 3 orders in the stall.

10+ mins of sleepy Sunday purgatory in this Sonic drive-thru.

First I hate the fact that I don’t remember the chicks name that brought out my order but she was AWESOME! This review is solely a reflection of one of the other staff members there. My hope is that it gets the attention of the correct person that can AND WILL take necessary measures to remove the tall white guy with the beard and glasses that has bead teeth. The things I witnessed him saying to another customer along with the the blatant disrespect he showed towards me as well as what I was told by two other employees when I inquired about the situation with him. Apparently his comments and so called jokes are a norm.

Took them 30 mins to take our order, got 4 drinks and still waiting almost 45 mins later. This is ridiculous!

It's gotten much better as far as service but many of the drive up screens are broken. I had to pull in & out of 3 before I found one that worked. & this was WITH the direction of an employee telling me which one to drive up to. And the ones he was directing me to were also broken! I have to ask them not to burn the kid's meal burger but I get my food much faster than before.

Placed an order on the app to be ready by 7: 20. Arrived at 7: 22. Checked in. It is now 7: 40 and I still haveny received my order.

Just waited over 30’minutes in the drive through and was one of 5-6 cars that just drove away after ordering. The owner of this one should fire everyone and board this place up and cut their losses. Absolutely atrocious.

Great food, friendly staff. I like that I can substitute cheese stix for the FF for no charge. Very convenient, in a good location. Large variety on menu. Recommend.

I’ve given this location chance after chance. Today was the absolute WORST! I placed a mobile order at 7: 11, it is 7: 47 and I still don’t have my food. I’ve called twice to check on it. The first time I was told that it’s coming out. The next time…what’s your order again? ! I’ll make it now. This is freaking ridiculous at a fast food restaurant. I could have been at a full service restaurant and gotten my food by now. Do not go to this location! Poor unacceptable service.

I waited 30 min for 4 drinks while staff just on the phone and eating ice cream.everytime we come we have bad service this will be the last time we go!

It’s ok. At best. Service and staff are all right depending on which shift you catch. But it’s mostly just kids looking for a job. They’re not too enthusiastic about service but they do get your food out to you.

By far the worst Sonic I've been to. Sat at the drive-through for more than ten minutes without even being acknowledged, so pulled around to the drive in and still waited forever just to place my order. Horrible customer service at best, and the food wasn't even warm!

After posting this review, I read the others, and this seems to be a recurring problem with this location, which either means that the franchise owner or store manager are incompetent and need to go.

Slow, rude and didn't get the order correct. Second time here and both times same experience. Do yourself a favor and drive an mile or so to one of the other sonics in the area.

Edit to reply to corporate comment: After reading some of the other reviews I can see filling out a complaint would be a waste of time. I'm not the first to comment on how bad the quality and service is at this location. I will just not go to this location anymore. Besides, if the franchise owner is not reading these reviews that tells me exactly where the problem begins.
