12The staff was horrific. The young lady at the drive true was extremely rude and condescending. The manager and other staff where huddled in a corner while no one came to the window to collect money or give drinks. I was treated like a burden instead of a customer.
If I could give MINUS 5 I would! This is THE WORST SONIC we've ever had. The food was ok, but the girl working. Wow. ATTITUDE! How dare we come to Sonic and order food when she clearly did NOT have time to be bothered.craziness! I've never been treated like that at a restaurant anywhere. I've been in restaurant management, and let me tell ya.
MANAGEMENT! If you don't care about your store, or how your employees treat people, have a Lil decency and close the doors!
And as far as Sonic inc.you should be absolutely ashamed of this store!
It represents your company horribly!
This isn't my first time but it will be my last. Sat there for 30 minutes 10 of which was waiting to order. There were 2 cars there. When I did order it didn't give me the option to pay on the screen. When the young lady came out I handed her my card and she proceeded to tell me that their card readers are not working. Waste of my time. My whole lunch break was right there in your parking lot!
Worst experience ever, drive through customer service is a mess. Cashier with the short dark hair and glasses needs to learn how to listen rather than speak over her customers.

Just drinks today while visiting here but overall every time I visit they are quick and super friendly. I order on my app all the time for discount on drinks.
Amazing service I ordered a pretzel and it was fresh. Night shift definitely cares about there customers. Amazing would definitely recommend. Daimon was the gentleman that deleted my food very nice and very lively would definitely recommend.
Waited at the speaker for ten minutes before anyone answered to take my order. Waited another ten minutes at the window. Asked for two chicken slingers with extra pickle (shoes on my receipt) but got no pickles. Ordered a rt 44 sweet tea got unsweetened tea. It sounds like a bunch of kids just hooting, hollering and laughing/playing in the kitchen which would probably explain why it takes 20 minutes in the drive through at this place. I will not return. Thanks for the lesson learned.
We were visiting from odessa, great service, great food sonic never.disappoints.unfortunately I don't think I'll be returning to this location anytime soon since I don't live there. I hope you staff have a nice day
Why do I keep coming to this location? Nostalgia? It's obvious that management is treating this like a slum property and not investing in its upkeep or its employees. They seem content to leave it in disrepair and have weekly employee turnover. The result is ridiculously slow service.
Mgmt, please sell to someone who will treat this business as an investment and not a dying cash cow.
Spent 20 minutes in the drive through. When we finally received our order, the fries were cold and soggy. The hot dogs were squished and flat. The dogs were very tasty in spite of their appearance.
There is not 1 Sonic that have good customer service. Horrible, Horrible Service. Go somewhere else, Don't waste your time at a Sonic. From Houston, to San Antonio, to Kerrville all have SUPER BAD HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I know they are short staffed but there are only 3 cars here and we have all waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru just to order. No cars in the stalls and no answer at the drive thru
