I constantly do the mobile ordering as well as picking up orders for doordash. Somehow people who order there still get their stuff faster than the mobile ordering which usually only consist of 2-3 soft drinks or tea. Always, always slow and depending on the people working you may not even get simple customer service things such as a good attitude or a hi. There are times I have been there where they won't even speak they just open the window, hand the drink (which is oozing out the sides of the glass) and then they just close it. Typical 10-15 min wait for just drinks is quite common whether there is a line or not.

The burger was cold.like the pattie had been sitting there waiting to be ordered. All the topping on top of the burger made it even colder. Yuck. Surprisingly the Tatertots were hot and didnt taste old.

The past few times I've been there food quality has gone down. Their mozzarella sticks are stale. I ordered a Frito pie another day that was cold, chips were stale, hardly any cheese or chili on it. Since then I stopped going to that Sonic. I'd rather go to Dairy Queen down the street. Never again that Sonic! Management sucks and are rude. When I was given my food I felt as if I was disturbing them or interrupting them on personal time. I felt very uncomfortable. Good quality and customer service has declined dramatically! I'd rather drive to Sonic in Kyle! Where I know I get the best service and don't feel like I'm imposing on them.

Card reader froze while trying to pay with card, when it was suggested to get it fixed the response was that it isn't Sonics fault in a rude tone making us feel as if we were being told it was our fault. When the food came out burgers were made incorrectly. 1 was supposed to be jalapeño burger with bacon. They charged me for the added bacon but didn't put it on the burger. 3 drinks were ordered but none of them marked to say which was which. Poor customer service and attitude of server was unprofessional. Not likely that we will ever go to that location again

I don't know what happened to this place. It used to have hard-working honest really good-hearted people working here. Now they're just mean and out to get you. I remember the good old days.

They have the friendliest car hops! Sonic food is usually great but sometimes the employees are not so good. I received amazing and quick service.

We ordered online however they never received the order. We waited for a long time. Now I have to ️ my cc because I received a notification that the charge was processed.

Not a good experience at all. Poor service, wouldn't answer the phone. And after talked to the manager till, still didn't get anywhere. The only good thing I can say about this place is that it carries Coke Zero on the fountain drink. Very disappointed

Stopped by on Thursday, 6/16/2022 at about 6: 50pm. Ordered a medium shake. Waited until 7: 10pm. Finally gave up and left. No service whatsoever. Lots of workers coming and going. Lots of traffic at the drive-thru. Guess they don't need my business.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered enough for the whole family but the lady at the drive-thru didn't get a single thing correct on my order when I pointed out the things that she forgot she would roll her eyes and close the window but there was still much more that was missing in my order. You can't get upset and roll your eyes when YOU don't get the order right. If you can't handle taking orders maybe get off the register

Watch your money back when you order here. They will pocket your change if they can. Me and my husband stopped to get something to eat. The girl looked nice enough to trust so we didn't think much about what we had gotten back until we got home I had looked at the recipe and found out she had actually pocketed a dollar and some change. Do not trust these people. If they are willing to steal from you then they're probably spitting in your food as well. Would not recommend.

Food was good. Had chili cheese dog made exactly as ordered. Also cheese tater tots. A bit light on the cheese but they were good tasting anyway. Service was fast but no real friendliness from cashier. Oh well.

Made me wait 10 minutes at the drive through widow for a fountain drink I ordered through the app. They were rude when I complained about the wait time.

Had a really good burger with that Route 44 Cherry Limeade. The thing that gets me is the pricing and the upcharge for extra ingredients and that's not the location's fault. Friendly staff and they got it to me very quickly. The burger was delicious and of course on a hot day the cherry limeade hits the spot. I wanted to try the chocolate brownie batter shake but the price is ridiculous especially if you want to add a little fruit. I decided to make a shake at home at the same cost but enough ingredients to make 5 shakes and still had extra milk for breakfast. Anyways, overall good food just a bit on the pricy side.

I really love the Jalapeño Burger (#4) but the wait is getting worse. Waited 15 mins (4 cars behind me) in the drive through.
Then got home and was missing one out of the six meals. So had to run to the nearest McDonalds for a kids meal.

Came to Lockhart for the afternoon thought we would stop by Sonic for something yummy instead we got cold old tator tots old rubbery coney dogs and cold chilli

The Manager's name is Andrea. I don't know if this is a franchise or a company owned Sonic, but either way the manger Andrea is a real piece of work. Several times we've had our orders wrong. Pushing the buttons in the stall remain unanswered. The staff is rude and Andrea will not respond to comments or complaints. When she does come out she will blame you for her staff getting your order wrong will tell you to call corporate and then you'll hear nothing for your grievances.

Again her name is Andrea and she has no idea what the hell she is doing.

Corn dogs $. 50, hadn't had one in a long while, also tried the chocolate/macciatto shake, was disappointed, there were chocolate pieces, but tasted like a vanilla shake w/ chocolate pieces.
