18Long wait, charged me twice for the food, and brought the wrong item out, didn't realize it was the wrong burger until after we already got home.
I ordered a shake and it was good! They were busy and look like they could use few team members but all in all good service.
If I could give zero stars, I would! I ordered ahead (only drinks!) and used the closest location. 45 minutes after the order was placed, still no drinks! Only after speaking to the manager were our drinks prepared! Never, ever again will I use this location! Absolutely unacceptable!
I ordered a 44oz drink and it was great! The only thing is when she came out she brought me a small straw and she was a bit rushed! No thank you or nothing, maybe cause she was answering orders on the headset. ️
Very slow service for time of day seems drive thru times are more important ordered slush and cheese cake shake waited about 20 min and the carhop took it upon herself to take a doller from my change
Slowest Sonic ever and horrible service. Ordered online ahead of time, and still waited almost 30 minutes to get a Cherry Limeade and Tots! On previous trip, ordered burger and tots, was given fries and no option to cancel order due to lack of tots. Not sure why so slow but everything takes forever here, even if ordered ahead of time on app that usually works great.
Probably the worst experience I have had. I just ordered 3 drinks. It took 40 minutes on drive tru. Then when I got the they served me my ice cream drinks melted. And my cherry limeade almost tasted rotten. And last but not least there was a nasty man in the drive tru trying so hard to flirt with myself and my sister. I just moved in this area and sonic was my go to but never again to this one
Well the fruit in my strawberry limeade was NO GOOD. The fruit was molded! My chicken bits were hard as if they refried them. My fries and totes were cold as if they were just sitting there all night. The lady at the window was rude and inexperienced. I called the manager to advise them of the molded fruit and he said well thanks for letting me know and tried to rush me off the call BUT that wasn't the only issue. The only item I bought that was good was the mozzarella cheese sticks. This experience makes me NOT want any Sonic ever! We paid almost $30 for 2 ppl and everything but the mozzarella sticks was thrown away. Sonic should be ashamed of themselves!
Placed an order on the app, arrived to the store 10 minutes and it took over 40 minutes to get a couple of slushes, not even food. This is over 50 minutes, then you are stuck waiting because is a hassle to get a refund from the app. Specially after the store wasted your time.
This is one of the worst take-out restaurants. The waiting time is very long but when I got to the window, only one associate working while 3 other chatting. So I know why it took me 1 hour to get the food.
After ordering and waiting 45 minutes I had one person bring out my food and tell me they didn't understand what I was saying a second person brought out my drinks when I told them that one of them was wrong they went back in to make the correct drink and the picture below shows the drink was still not me correct they just smeared peanut butter on the top of it to make it look like they made me a peanut butter Oreo shake. It was a third person that brought the corrected shaking when I tried to ask for my receipt the person Nord me and kept walking away
Out of 4 drinks, 3 were wrong. I asked for unsweet tea with lime and they used artificial slush syrup. Our sweet tea was old and both drinks were undrinkable. Very sad.
Today is Mother's Day, so I treated my grandson's to Sonic, which is normally their favorite place to go. However after waiting in the stall for 15 minutes, no service, no conversation, no communication
I thought I'll just do the drive-thru.we ordered and were served in less than 15 minutes! I thought the whole point of Sonic Drive-In is that we would enjoy the Drive in Experience not just another drive-thru
The Popcorn Chicken Poboy was really "Po" Borderline False Advertising. It looked nothing like the advertised photo. I ordered one in Dallas a few days ago and, it was fixed right, So I could easily tell the difference between the two. But my other food was fresh and hot. But 3 stars because the Poboys were for me.
I ordered 4 drinks and they said that the person was coming with our drinks but 10 minutes later everyone else was given there drinks and food even people who came after us. We waited for 20 minutes and still didn't get our drinks. If there was such a thing as 0 stars I would give it to them.
This place is just like it's neighbor next door whataburger. The food is never right and their slushes are all chucks of ice.
The bad service was probably due to the fact that a worker was by themselves, the fact that it was 12 am, or something else. Because the line was backed up and not moving for maybe about 10 - 20 minuets. In the end I just left without getting anything.
The minimum time you’ll spend in their “drive-thru” is 35-40 minutes no matter how many people are in front of you.
Literally everytime I come they are SLOW. They try and trap you by sending someone out to collect your payment so that you have no choice but to wait. After placing your order you’re in line for about 20-25 minutes. Once you get to the window you hope your food is ready but don’t let your expectations for this location get too high. You’ll wait 10 more minutes. I asked for a refund and the manger wanted to know why.he should’ve taken a wild guess.
No one has time to wait 40 minutes for fast food. And this is not a one time thing.this constantly happens even when it’s not rush hour.
