Sonic Drive-In, Chandler TX

The food tots tasted old. The service was fast and friendly and the car hop experience was consistent with sonic!

Love their drinks so I stop by whenever I'm running errands for one of their drinks & sometimes a little something to eat!

The Sonic which is located in Chandler, TX, used to be my favorite Sonic until yesterday ~ I should've gone with my gut ~ as soon as I saw the blue paint that was red before on the outside of the building, it gave me pause, but I read the sign and it said it was Sonic ~ I proceeded ordering our burgers, which was a nightmare to say the least. We asked one girl by speaker if they had 1/2 price burgers on Tuesdays like the other Sonic Drive-Ins, and she never answered, so another girl was as clueless as the first girl, so we ordered two of whatever they decided to bring us, at this point!
I opened the wrappers and they looked decent, so we began eating and complaining to my husband about how bad they were ~ the meat didn't taste like hamburger to me, the mustard is all I could taste and it was wet and
dripping everywhere and the bread was soggy and mushy ~ I couldn't eat it, so I cut up some of the meat to feed to my chihuahua, but she didn't like it either! We are never going back to this place!

Found one of their scans card in my vanilla dr. Pepper drink after finished drinking it. (Gross)

Used to be an excellent place now they seem to not give a poo. Has messed up my order three times in a row.

Worst Sonic in East Texas! It took me 3 tries to find a stall that was working, food was blah and the place is dirty.yuck!

This is my 3rd time to visit Sonic in Chandler in the past 7 days. Not one time was my order right. Everytime the fries and Taylor tots were horrible. They were hot but the grease they were cooked on was old.

Stopped to get a drink. Decided to grab a couple of corn dogs. Ordered on app and came out in less then 5 minutes. Both corn dogs were stone cold and tasted like they were microwaved. Actually microwaved would have been better. At the least they would have been hot. This was my 1st and last time to visit here.

This has to be one of the Nastiest Sonics in East Texas period! They really need to be CLOSED down! There Cokes are nasty always flat and flavor less this is one of the Dirtiest places in Chandler it's sad when the leave ROACH spray in the window seal so everyone in town knows they got bugs. The food is nasty never fresh owner! You need to make some Changes to this place asap.

I think it must be the worst Sonic in East Texas. Slower than all others, constantly out of certain items and all around poor service

Just went through the drive thru. Ordered for two. Excellent Customer Service! Thank you guy n girls so much. Food was yummy too

This place is absolutely terrible. I would rate this no stars if I could. Bad service, really rude. They don’t wear gloves and the outside looks unsanitary. It just looks dirty and I always see someone outside smoking. They don’t wear gloves. My food is always soggy and over cooked. This place needs to get their act together! The ice is sometimes melted and watery, sometimes there’s not enough ice. Avoid going here at all costs! This place needs to close! It’s ran by a bunch of nasty people and it needs serious work. 10/10 Don’t recommend

Did not have what showed on app menu! In texas they no longer carry the Cresent breakfast sandwich!

The chicken sandwich was over cooked and the bun was burned. Want be buying it again bought two of the same not happy. The service was very good.

Sonic is Sonic it's people that makes a difference and this is a good one. Chandler has a small town for you, things closed pretty early, people are fairly kind and laid back, I like it.

Is there no actual recipe for a cream slush? They're never the same from location to location or even day to day. Today. More slush than cream. Ugh.

I had the Blue Coconut slush with nerds. When I got home my Apple Jim beam wanted to top it off. Yum

Probably the worst Sonic. Service extremely slow. Outside structure is dirty and not well kept. Never have online ordering available.

The manager at the Chandler TX location says she can't tell her employees where to park or to cover the vulgar sign up in the back window. I called and reported this last week and thought it had been taken care of. Obviously not! My grandchildren can sound out the words.
This grandmother will not go back. Sonic use to be a family friendly place. No more.
