I asked for #1, WELL DONE, NO ONIONS & MAYO ON BOTH SIDES OF THE BUN. I ORDERED TOTS & ROUTE 44 SWEET TEA EXTRA ICE. I GOT MAYO ON ONE BUN FOR DAYS, KETCHUP, UNDER COOKED HAMBURGER PATTY & THE REST OF THE VEGETABLE'S. THE TATER TOTS WERE UNDERCOOKED, COLD & TASTED LIKE OLD FRYER OIL. THE ROUTE 44 SWEET TEA WAS GOOD, JUST THE CUP WAS COMPLETELY FULL OF ICE AND NO TEA. NO RECEIPT ON BAG OR WITH MY. 27 CHANGE. WASTE OF 10.00 & THE GAS TO DRIVE THERE.

Cheap service high price, go anywhere else. Avoid this place like the plague!

Ordered 2 popcorn chicken with Buffalo on the side, specified that, not what I got, also ordered mozzarella sticks, those were burnt, ordered 2 route 44 sweet teas, got unsweet, asked again for 2 route 44 sweet teas again got unsweet tea, this cheap service cost me $30 could get a thousand times better meal and service from almost anywhere else for that price, avoid this place like the plague!
I don't know what happened with the management here, but I don't plan to get food here again untill its fixed and would sway anyone else from doing so.

Extremely rude workers and steadily declining food quality. With the amount of competition starting to come to the area, the rude workers will be sure to drive every possible customer away if the health department doesn't shut them down first.

Always my go-to when I can’t decide what I want to eat. Tonight’s footlong chili cheese coney was absolute perfection. Shoutout to my carhop, Mya, for being friendly and for exemplifying what “service with a smile” means. Keep up the fantastic work!

You should not be eating at this location. Just keep driving. One of the managers there has not been fired when half of his staff was sent to the hospital. He ran a gas powered generator behind closed doors and didn't even get in trouble. A lot of people were sick due to carbon monoxide poisoning. Corporate isn't doing anything and he lied to OSHA.

Hadn't been to this Sonic in a while because it is so lousy. Tried again today and if anything it's worse. I live less than a mile away. Won't be back.

Lately, last four months they've been in such a hurry to get your order, that it's sloppily put together. Even ordered extra cheese, Got home there wasn't any. I was not happy. Next visit two footlong chili cheese coneys got home had 6 in instead.

The service was great and it was very clean all around.but oh my goodness! I wish every Sonic was like this! They had a spot for someone to order through the drive thru that has a boat or trailer hook up. Also the volleyball court, a HUGE playground, and lots of tables to eat or hang out at under lots of shade that is there for the customers to enjoy. I seen a couple of Sonic's like this in the area but I am from Tulsa and I wish we had that here!

Food was good, 2 of us had the chicken fried with mashed potatoes ate it all, I had chicken salad, and friend had fried chicken salad, very busy but the wait staff was very friendly an did a great job!

Seems like they need a new speaker for the drive thru. I always have to repeat my order several times. And then it might be correct. Alway double check your order before you leave this place.

I like using the app. Even though still learning how to use it. But they are patient and willing to assist customers. Great food.

I went to Sonic on a Thursday night and ordered a double meat with bacon and some fries, the burger was so good and huge, hot and fresh with all of the extra trimmings that I asked for, I almost ate my fingers. The order taker was friendly and the carhop that brought my food was awesome.

We pulled into Sonic Friday afternoon & had to move 3 different times because the screens weren’t online. Finally ordered 2 blasts - the mocha crunch & snickers. The speaker was messing up & the attendant could hardly hear us. We waited 12 minutes for our order with no communication from the staff and finally just left. I was very surprised by this! They weren’t busy at all.

Asked for a corn dog (cooked fresh) Got it, omg I'm 3/14 (asked for fresh cooked vs thrown back into grease and recooked). Kilgore, Flint, and Liberty City the top 3 Sonic locations.

This is ALWAYS hit & miss! Not consistent & I've even stopped calling & telling them @ my order being less than!
You get what you get & they don't seem to correct mistakes & no one seems to care! Oh well your choice.

Smiling, thoughtful, carhops, good food, along with easy in and out, even with a trailer, makes for a 5 star review in my book.

Just a footnote, this review is for my experience on Sunday December 5th, 2021.

Most of my experiences at this place have been top notch, but my last visit was so disgusting that it needs to be addressed.

I came to Sonic Sunday afternoon. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and Cheddar peppers with ranch. Literally had to ask the carhop to bring me ranch, because even though it was included in the order, was completely forgotten. The Chicken in said sandwich was hard, there was maybe about a dime sized portion of mayo on the meat, and the lettuce was brown. I peeled off the lettuce, put mayo, from my fridge on it. Bun was crushed and burnt. Wound up just eating the chicken (which again was hard) by itself. The rest was inedible. Amazingly, this isn't the worst part. I love the Cheddar peppers here, but these one's were absolutely disgusting. Peppers were browning, cheese was hard and tasted disgusting. I tasted two and ended up throwing all of them away. I guess we got lunch rushes leftovers? That or Sunday afternoon is this sonics D team. Most disgusting experience I've ever had at this Sonic.

Food and service is great! What is not great is that the point of calling 10 mins ahead of arrival for tight lunch timetable, they don't start your order until you get there. Not really fast food at that point.

Food and service were okay. They didn't ask about fries or tots, gave me tots. My son doesn't like those, so they were thrown away. I got a popcorn chicken and some cheese sticks, they didn't give me sauce for either. Didn't notice these things until getting home, was in a hurry to get back.
