Sonic Oreo Blast never misses. Service was a bit off, and we had an issue with our order but other than that no other issues.

Best Sonic in El Paso! Really had to eat my words today the service and food was amazing! Definitely will be coming back!

This place is extremely slow even when there aren't many cars in line. I had a BLT with extra bacon and a large tater tots. Tots were fine but the BLT toast was over cooked and the bacon was not fresh. I ended up throwing 50% of the sandwich away.
Not eating here again.

Some of the foods on the menus do be a bit misleading with how you'd expect them to come out or the size of the order vs other restaurants but the sonic shakes are quite mysterious with how much struggle you'll have trying to use a straw.

I love sonic all though I have to be careful as everything is calorie filled. I drive UBER plus I am a minister it allows me to have an inexpensive drink and talk with people in privacy, with something to drink and not break the bank. I am able to order through the app which speeds things up and it is available in most cities where I am. I am grateful for Sonic!

Food is ok not great but ok. Fries éter not cooked. They were still raw. Customer service was bad. Sat at my car for an hour before my order came out.

My visit was greeted with fast friendly service with a 100% accurate order. I'd go to this location again.

The guy who served us was nice. All of our slashes had no flavor and a pond water taste. My son ordered a #6 we waited like 5 or 6 minutes. The hot dot was good but the tatertots were less than room temperature and tasted old. Won't he back here again.

I was waiting for more than 40 minutes for 3 burritos, 1 fries and 1 mosharrela.and neither the manager nor the employees say anything. I will never go back to this sonic.completely disappointed

Bad customer service! Did an Online Order and they acted like they couldn’t hear us through the intercom but answered us rude and intentionally kept messing up our name.

Ordered the cheeseburger, meat was old hard and dark the chili cheese onion tots Barley had any chili on it butt it did have ALOT of onions on it, would have been good food if it was made fresh, service was great though, food was terrible

Service wasn't all that. Order was taken wrong. Order was short. The Tatar tots tasted like they had been fried in old oil.

Customer Service from the cashier (3: 45pm) today was awful, she was extremely rude, I asked for a ranch for my son's kids meal when I ordered his food, when I pulled up to get our food she told me ranch cost extra, I said that's fine and proceeded to hand her 50 cents. Then she says they charged me for it and I said well they didn't put it in the kid's meal bag. I don't have a problem paying for a ranch! But I will never come back here again, because of her nasty attitude. I also asked If I could please add a small tots at the window, she told me no because my food was already made. I thought that was silly, she told me to park and order or drive thru again. Nope! I left and took my business to McDonald's instead.

Either the slushy machine needs to be cleaned or the water was bad that day. The slush had an off taste to it.

Had to repeat order several times, when I got a large order of cheese totes, I received maybe about the size of regular chili cheese totes in a large containers incerts it was only on one side. I told them NO pickels, and onions and replied back with onion rings.

Ordered online, got the food but very poorly made and with no condiments. If you order, do it in person so you can send it back and double check for condiments.

Was unable to check on on mobile app waited in line at drive thru for over half an hour and my order was still wrong
