Sonic Drive-In, Liberty City TX

God awful service, liberty city sonic is literally the worst sonic I have ever been too. Rude window people food is always wrong cold or the grease taste like it has been there for months. Waited thirty minutes for a single pretzel twist. Then had the girl basically throw the bag in my car to get me out of the window.

Y’all, this is one of the few places to eat in liberty city, come on. Got an ultimate breakfast burrito…it wasn’t even half way full. A sad burrito and even more sad pregnant mama just trying to satisfy her cravings? I know y’all are high school kids, but take pride in your work, no matter what it is. You never know who will notice and what opportunities that may bring. Edit: there was also a hair in my shake.

Stopped in just now to get some french toast sticks.and the service was horrible, or lack thereof rather, when we finally got someone's attention, they were rather rude. This Sonic is worse everytime I come thru here and tonight is it. I won't be back.

The last 4 times of ordering food from this location my orders were all wrong! Worst sonic location that I’ve ever been to!

Pushed the button to call. No one answered it shut off. Pushed it again still no answer. Went to drive thru instead; after ordering took the employee, to come to the window a while then had to wait for change from another employee working outside.

Daily deal last night was awful, the hot dog was hard, chili was water down, the wait in drive threw over 15 minutes. They need get it together.

Orders a Reese blast with cookie dough and whipped cream. I got vanilla ice cream, a glob of cookie dough, more vanilla ice cream, whipped topped and broke up peanut butter cup on top. That should have been mixed together and was missing the Reese in the ice cream. Also got a Oreo cheesecake master shake. It tasted like vanilla ice cream and only had Oreo sprinkled on top.

Good quick friendly service, food is freshly made and tastes good, the Sonic app can be a pain to use but that's not their fault, wish corporate would improve app

We waited 20 minutes for our food and when we told them they came right out as if they had forgotten about it. Sweet tea tastes like water.but very clean

This has to be one of the cleanest Sonics I have ever stopped at. The food came out hot and fresh. The carhop was very friendly

Great place to go and eat, the food comes out relatively fast and always hot. I especially love the ease of use that the app has, the always happy hour is always a bonus as well.

Had to drive to Liberty City for a fresh (requested) corn dog. So they obviously put the corn dog back into grease. First bite tasted like grease. Second time this has happened. No need to ask for freshly prepared items.

On Tuesday evening, Sonic runs a special of half price cheeseburgers. That's our go-to supper on Tuesday. There's a really nice lady that works there names JoAnne. She has taken the time to recognize my voice when I call in our order. She is always so very nice and friendly and she addresses me by name. It's a great feeling, when you call for a meal and someone treats you so nicely. Thank you, JoAnne. And Thank you, Sonic.

The Sonic in Liberty City it's getting to where it's hard to get service they're either messing up the orders or it takes 40 minutes to get five orders chili cheese fries used to be a good place but becoming very disappointed in it

They try to tell you what they want you to eat the last three times I've been there and can't never get an order right

Customer Service is exceptional! They were having systems issues and they came back & forth to our car to insure we were served
