Sonic Drive-In, Bulverde TX

I do not know what has happened to this Sonic, it used to be the best one around for many miles. Not anymore. The last few times I've ordered here, the orders are wrong despite them repeating it back more than once. The food is nothing like it used to be either. The burger was so full of grease that my dog didn't even want it. It was literally all you could taste and that is sad because they used to have really outstanding burgers. And the cheese covered tator tots barely had any cheese on them at all. I won't be returning until this Sonic achieves the level of service and food that it used to have. McDonald's does a better job at this point.

I haven't had the pleasure of giving sonic drive-in a 5 star in a long while this sonic was great they fixed my Burger exactly as I asked for it they brought a bag out and it even had the candy on it you can't get much better net than That! Don't give candy or ketchup or napkins with anything anymore this place does so if you want a great Burger that's not over greasy And made to order not to mention that give the condiments to without you having to ask for.this is the place you wanna go!

Service has been bad for the past two years. I love Sonic. The kids that work there are doing the best they can. They are in SEVERE need of leadership from the owner.

This usually the best Sonic ever. But today 11/20 I pulled into a kiosk and waited. Finally they responded and said only drive through open at 1: 00 pm. Great. When I went to drive line wrapped around building. Nope. I just drove off.

One of the workers was very in particular is very polite. I talked to him and he is working hard everyday to invent to menu items to improve the experience of all customers

0 stars! The WORST experience. I was the only person in line and it took forever for a tea and burrito. The burrito was disgusting, burnt and missing ingredients. I asked for half and half tea, I got unsweet. Girl was rude and didn’t give me my receipt

The food could use some work. I don't know if the quality of every sonic has gone down or what. Service is excellent they have good staff with great attitudes. Sonic is always fun and the last of the restaurants from the past.

I asked the girl to wipe my drinks down and she walked back to my car with the drinks still covered in soda. I asked her to return one of the drinks because she brought me the wrong one to which she rolled her eyes. Honestly, if my daughter was Kenzie and I found out she treated customers so poorly I would be embarrassed. I know this is fast food, but Sonic, please train your people to be kind and actually try and care about the people who are keeping them employed.

The food was good. The young lady at the drive thru window was holding my order and having a fun little chat with someone. I finally honked to break it up and got no apology or anything. She just handed me my order and shut the window. They weren't busy and had plenty of staff. 8/23/22 @about8: 10 pm.

David was so sweet and had an amazing attitude even though it was super busy.he fixed our order super quick and we overall had a good experience

Horrible service. Told me to “hang on” and then “completed” my order without me even finishing. Was not impressed with the amount of attitude given when I asked if I could do 2 separate orders. Would give zero stars if I could. Only helpful person was the car hop who I spoke face to face with. Y’all better not split tips.

They take FOREVER! Me and my fiancé ordered a drink a shake and fries and we had to wait for 35 minutes. An absolutely abysmal restaurant. Just go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time here.

Popped in for lunch and pulled into a stall and encountered the most rude girl taking my order she rushed me, cut me off was huffy. I was on my lunch break and it was just me and I ordered one thing. So I drove off and went to Whataburger instead. I’m in the service industry as well and never understand when people act like this. Very unpleasant experience.

They never have onion rings they told us that they stock on Tuesday so we came in Wednesday and they were already out so if you want onion rings you gotta go Tuesday morning apparently they don’t buy enough for the week. Drinks are flat to better check, Just a bunch of children running a business. Just putting this here for anybody who needs it. And I did call corporate expect to be on hold for a while

Bad service. Supposed to open at 8AM… it’s 9: 15AM and there are multiple cars waiting to be served out here with no response. No one is answering the buttons or the drive thru window. Been waiting out here 10 minutes. Everyone out here waiting is starting to leave without being served. They won’t even answer to tell us what the hold up is or how long we can expect to wait. There is 3 workers insides so I don’t know what the problem is. We have decided to just leave.

Using the Sonic App at this location is Horrible. I'm always waiting way too long. 15+ minutes EVERY Time I order using the app and then check in. Ordered a shake and sundae at 6: 13. Checked in ar 6: 16 order came at 6: 32 Whats the point of using the app.

I have great memories from Spring Branch Sonic location from the time I lived in this area. We live in TN now and my husband and I are visiting family in SA. We stopped to get a snack and some Strawberry Limeades, both were made fresh and delicious! Thank you for consistent good customer service and food. It's great to be back to experience both again. Keep up the good work, Spring Branch Sonic!

Carhop Amanda was very nice, excellent customer service. Our shakes were delicious and not melted.

Used to be quick and have outstanding customer service. Noticed over the last year their customer service is sometimes great and other times dismissive. For example, ordered a couple drinks via the app. 30 minutes later, still no drinks and the excuse that they only have one carhop and one person making drinks. I understand being shorthanded, but 30 minutes for two drinks when I watched them handle at least 10 people in the drive through. Not as impressed as I used to be.
