15Ordered a large mozzarella, they gave me poppers, got the order fixed but they gave me the wrong size
Says closes at midnight but i just left at 11: 40 and there was no one on the speaker but I saw someone inside who had just ignored me. So rude.
I've come here once a week or so for the last few months and never had an issue. Until now. Ordered a #2 combo yesterday. The burger was badly burnt all the way round the edges and even had a quarter rasher of bacon marooned in the middle. Tator Tots were fine so that was a Swiss flag. Disappointing as I quite liked the place.
Update: Gave this restaurant another go and it was back to its old self. Anyone can have an off-day.
I come here frequently for Uber orders. Never has it gone smoothly or anything close to quick. Like right now I’m the only car here, I’ve been here 15 minutes to pick up a hotdog and a slushie and I’m the only one here. Meanwhile three employees are hanging outside.
This place has gotten worse over the last year. Food is not as good and comes out wrong, prices are to high for what you get.
Dirty and trashy, needs play area cleaned up our drinks were to sweet and too surgery every time I go there since 2013 they always have issues no matter what they give out coupons is not enough something needs to be done about the service I've had better at other sonics
Pushed the red button and they answered everyone else that pulled in after me. I then pulled up to order at the drive through and you could hear people laughing and playing around over the speaker. Highly unprofessional and this isn’t the first time. I definitely see why your reviews are rated so poorly.

I came to grab some breakfast for dinner after doing laundry and an overall long day. I ordered on the app, and somehow my order was given to someone else. No big deal, mixups happen. I just wanted to say the guys working were SO kind and polite, apologized for the wait, and gave me some coupons for the inconvenience. I didn’t ask for this, they just offered. It was such rare great customer service that I just had to offer some praise. I’ll definitely be back.
If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Our orders are constantly wrong. We order several times a week and drinks aren't correct or the tea is old and off. Condiments aren't in the bag and the wait times are ridiculous. At least once a week something is left off entirely. Tonight it was the applesauce in the kids meal. We've called and complained, but it doesn't seem to improve anything. The kids love the playground, but at this point we are better off driving elsewhere and going to the park.
I really like this Sonic. The team members here are friendly and take care of their customers without hassle! I sure hope management and owners treat the team members the same! Wink wink RAISES!

Constantly given the wrong order, always order on the app and still wait longer than customers that pull in after me. Car hops are extremely rude.
This location always gives me problems I don't understand is they are just to busy? But some employees are nice just that takes like 20 or more minutes to get ur food and sometimes the order is wrong so nope
Worst sonic ever. Went there a few weeks ago ordered my food an gave the young man a 100 bill took him a while to come back with my change an by that time I had eattin half my food. Young man came back said his manager can't break it at that time an I said okay well what would you like me to do I can go get change an bring it back then the youg man said well I'm gonna need your food back an took it back. Wow. That's crazy so I did got my money an went an got change came back an had to reorder my food. I've never had some one take back my food. Then other two times they messed my order up twice.
