Best bacon double w jalapeños I've ever had at any sonic in houston.
The bacon was crisp to perfection and patties were crisp on the outside, but tender inside. The burger looked 100% as if it were the promo burger

I go here after my football practice almost everyday and the food and drinks are always refreshing and the people are always nice.

Shykim was really quick bringing my orders. They are really nice. Sweet tea and the ice are fantastic. No complaints. Keep doing what yall are doing.

Is it just me? Every time I come to this location either the card readers or press to order button doesn’t work. Today I stopped in and hit the button to order and it showed button was pushed and somebody would be with me soon but 10 minutes later nothing. I even hit the button a second and third time. Even if the order kiosk works the food takes forever to come. I love Sonic but I’ve had nothing but heartache and disappointment at this location.

In anticipation of watching "The Field of Dreams " baseball game a few weeks ago. I thought how appropriate it would be to have one of Sonics foot long hotdogs, Um Ummm!

Burned burger pattties. A footlong that tasted a day old, dry like leather. No ranch for poppers or mozzarella sticks after specifically asking for it. No marinara for the mozzarella sticks. No syrup for the French toast sticks. Wasted money.

First time at Sonic in years. My sister told me i would love the shakes. Went for the Chocolate Hand mixed Classic shake! Wow, was so good, topped with whipped cream and a cherry! I am very fortunate there is not a Sonic near me or I might go there daily!

We have been coming here the last couple of weeks. Three times for lunch and twice for dinner. The food is always done right, and doesn't seem to be slopped together like other locations do. I know it's just fast-food but I really appreciate when the cooks put it together like they are going to eat it. THANKS SONIC!

If I could give a 0 I would. They got our order wrong was supposed to have a strawberry cheesecake shake, it definitely wasn't we found several cherries and chocolate pieces in it. It also tasted sour. The waitress also decided not to give us our change. Don't know if we will come back again or not

I was told that sonic doesn’t have a brown bag special when I tried to order it and I know that they do because I just ordered it at another sonic about a week ago.

Said that they had no ice cream at 11: 00 pm. Plus it’s summer time and they had rude works that didn’t want to serve/make ice cream even though their getting paid for this service.

Says they are open at 7am. But no one is ever there. How are going to serve breakfast and say your open and no one shows up until 11am. Horrible customer service in top of not being open when your supposed to be. Hopefully they get a new GM soon.

We had excellent service with Brad today! He made our sonic experience Stellar! He went above and beyond. We left with big smiles and great food!

Lately it seems like Sonics have been hit or miss when it comes to service and quality. This trip was definitely not one of the good ones. We came for ice cream and left empty handed after being told their machine was not in service.

Usually I dread doing Uber/Door Dash pick-ups from fast food. Buy I had 3 pick-ups today @ this location and the staff was incredibly fast with getting the food out to me.

I just went to the Sonic in Webster and had the complete opposite experience. Made me appreciate how great the Sonic in League City is!

Their fast at getting ur food out, and the food is excellent, outstanding, and the employees are so polite, that's the reasturant to go and enjoy, not only the food but the employees as well, good mànegment,

Worst place to get food, slow service never correctly made, 100% guaranteed to messed up your order up. Sonic should be shut down

I don't know what has happened to this location. They were the best one and now I can't say that. Had a terrible experience today. Carhop was rude, manager defended the rude car hop and they took 10 minutes to answer the red button. Took longer than that for the order. These folks need to be retrained or fired and I can't tell which. They even ran out of straws. If you run out go to the Kroger across the street and buy a bunch. Wow! Poor management skills!

I do not know how this sonic is still running. It seems like the few times I've been a good number of stalls are not working and have NOTHING to indicate that untill you are pulled in and look at the screen. Service is so, so slow no matter what time of day and staff are hardly competent.
The food is terrible and the drinks aren't any better than elsewhere nor are they better priced unless it is happy hour. If you do go during happy hour be ready to wait 20+ min just to order than 20+ to even receive said order.

Ordered 1 soda and 1 blast. 25 minutes and two calls later they were delivered. WTH. Total trash. This place needs a competent manager. Avoid this location if you value your time. After 13 minutes I hit the red button to inquire about the status of 2x simple drinks, was told it would be a minute if it was coming out. I guess it took 10 minutes to pour Dr. Pepper in one cup and another 10 minutes to make the blast.
