Sonic Drive-In, Dallas TX

Horrible experience have been coming to this location for years but it has fallen down hill last purchase was a week ago ordered a blue raspberry slush with nerds, they didn't put nerds and waited almost 15 minutes this week i came to just a bag of ice and it took almost 30 min these establishments don't care if i return so.this is the final time coming to this location mesquite here i come

We ordered six sonic blast and ordered it ahead of time because usually when we get there it takes them forever to order or blast. So when we got there the ice cream was melted, they didn’t even mix it right the candy was just on top and the rest was just plain ice cream. The guy that brought it out didn’t even bring us spoons just straws and told us that there was no strawberries to make the strawberry cheese cake blast so we had to wait longer for those and our blasts were melting more.we had to wait I didn’t even enjoy my sonic blast. Spent about $40 there. Not going to this location any more.

I got breakfast it was so good and hot just make sure your at a carport that works or have cash hate going places where they have to take yourcard in the building to pay when the carport isnt working properly

Worst sonic ever. I waited for ever and the red button just blinking away. I wasn't the only customer waiting or that left without getting service. Too busy you might say but no, the employees were all in the kitchen just playing around and b.s ing. One person even yelled at em "are you closed, why yall not helping us"

Been here twice and I'm never able to get my slush because nobody ever takes my order and they make me wait 40 mis then they closed

Last stall not working and would not take my credit card. Luckily, I had to pay tip. Employee took tip to pay check did not get a tip though.

Order 3 slushy and only got to.the girl was to bizzy having a conversation while taking my order.so had to reorder and tell her 3 times the slushy i need cuz she was a again having a conversation on the side

I absolutely will be contacting corporate because this location should be shutdown with the below poor trash non existing customer service. This location doesn't deserve a pinch of a star less long a dollar.

I sit there 10 to 12 minutes no one responded, they started waiting on the ones just pulled up, I'm still sitting there, I was very thirsted never stop there ever again.

They never have cherries for the shakes and most of the time forget our straws, but the food if okay and the shakes are really good.

You could not c h e w the onion rings. Tater tots or cold. And the corn dog wasn't how I remember a corn dog just didn't enjoy it

Absolutely LOVE this place i come ALL the time! They are all hard working even when you can tell it’s short staffed. AMAZING customer service and you can tell they make all the food fresh! There slushees and milkshakes are to DIE for, i don’t ever have a problem with this location, i don’t understand why they have terrible comments as a loyal sonic costumer this is the best one to come too! Keep up the amazing job you guys

I literally sat pushing a button and waited 30 minutes to order. I witnessed at least 3 cars pull off. All of the staff was hiding in the back. None of them came out of the back the entire time I was waiting. Then all of a sudden everyone comes out the back and this girl starting going person to person taking orders. I definitely will not come back. Whoever owns this franchise is definitely losing money.

I love sonic but the service is terrible they take long time to take your order not only that but always get your order wrong haven't finished ordering and they already hang up, take long time to deliver it and they don't wear gloves.

Been living in this area 10 years n this is the worst sonic ever every time we go we press button wait 10 minutes no 1 ever says anything button just flashing n it don’t be packed so I don’t understand y they cant say anything no greeting r nothing so twice we have left

Was a waste of money, went to get drinks and ordered a regular Strawberry Slush and it was so watery and bland. I sent it back and they brought me the same watery bland drink again. Won't be spending my money there ever again at Lake June Sonic ugh
