Sonic Drive-In, Van TX

Ordered 2 drinks got them wrong, then when we told them, they still got 1 drink messed up the other was right

We asked for extra condiments sauces on the side and got nothing but our food… no drink holder at all either girl didn’t even offer knowing we had 4 drinks total poor customer service.lemonade was also spoiled.needs to be thrown out asap

I wanted to go ahead and say this, I’m not sure about the other reviews on here, some are y’all are being way too harsh! My experience was great! Jasper was very nice and respectful and my food was brought out in good time. Keep it up! Thank y’all for everything y’all do!

My order was completely wrong nothing I ordered was correct. None of the add ons that I wanted to add to my chicken sandwich were on there. I Ordered a large cheese fry and a med cheese tot and ended up with a large tot and a med cheese fry. THEN! They charged me for everything separately instead of doing the combos so it was more than what it should have been.
Piece of advice to the staff take your time and listen carefully when taking peoples orders and as for the cooks it’s not that hard to look at the receipt double check the order and MAKE SURE THE FOOD IS RIGHT!

These guys knocked it out of the park Saturday night! Hit with a rush after the town's trick or treating just before closing time and our food was hot it was fresh and it was out quickly! The staff was friendly and accommodating and took the rush on the chin! Great job guys! Y'all don't forget to tip your car hops!

Can't get an order right even when not busy. Then get cold food when it was "remade"

I go here maybe every 3 days for a bag of ice. A few of them know me by my voice in the Drive-Thru. They're very friendly always have a smile on their face rarely ever get your order wrong. They've been struggling for help somehow they pull it all together and they're nice to there customers. I'm not running across one rude person. I will pass other Sonic's in town to get to this one. This is definitely my Sonic.

I just ordered redbull slushy, they brought it out in a minute and apologized for the delay. I still have no idea what delay were they talking about lol

Love Sonic for easy and quick breakfast! This Sonic is always has good food and friendly car hoops.

This sonic sucks. Line wedges always tiny and stringy. Slow as molasses, and not friendly.no no

Cold soggy fries, burger patty covered in black charred bits from the grill. Wrong drinks. The overall quality of this location has gone way down hill.

Just stopped for a few drinks but the staff was expedient and friendly, and the order was made correctly.

This was the BEST Sonic that I have ever visited ~ hands down! I ordered the freshest crispy chicken sandwich that was literally almost too hot to handle ~ the bun was so soft and yummy ~ the chicken was cooked to perfection ~ the tator-tots were hot and crispy ~ and last but certainly not least, was that cherry limeade ~ it was perfectly made by someone who knows what they're doing ~ a perfect balance of sweet cherry and sour lime ~ it even had a real cherry in it! People of Van, should feel blessed to have this business in their community ~ I'll be back!

The food was hot and delicious. Fast friendly service and extremely nice employees. Great location as well. Right off of interstate 20. Great stop for some good ole fashioned Sonic. It's one of the better loactions I've been to. I'll definitely be coming back because it was such a nice experience. Loved it.

My first time eating at Sonic. The food was delicious and the people were so friendly. Loved it.

Food great as usual, love Sonic food especially the onion rings. When I die they can put an order in each hand.
