We ate at the E. P. Ave. Sonic and it was terrible! We paid almost $40 for a couple of footlong coneys and chili cheese tater tots. The chili was old and cold and hardly any chili or cheese on all items. The hot dog was tough and burnt.terrible experience!

Service is excellent most days. Communication between cook and person taking the order can be random.

Meh, tots were cold, and the coney was soggy after a decently long wait. Maybe it was due to staffing, I'll give it another shot in a month or two and update.

Go somewhere else 15 minutes pushing button nothing the don't want to wait on white people everybody working there was black they don't wait on you if you not black someone burn that place down (she didn't post this her phone was stolen he facebook was also hacked) the police were involved to try to fix this several post were made that she didn't do under Karen Prater, that's not her name her name is Karen Loftin, an arrest has been made in the phone theft but it won't undo all the things said.she didn't say this but I know she is sorry it happened)

Ordered a large family order, 5 people, the screen wasn't working (AGAIN) in Handicap spot, so had no way to track what had been ordered, and could not pay with my card at car.
Main foods were good, fries looked like they were left over from the 80's.

Really liked the mozzarella sticks and the shake was super thick should've asked for a spoon really good food but the kiosk was really buggy

I ordered a shake that was so thick that I turn right around tell me why the lady get smart. That's wasn't cool.

It seemed as though there was only one car hop on duty. That would explain why the food was coming out WAY too slow. She was not the problem.

Terrible they were out of corn dogsand onion rings didn't even tell me. Spent 18 dollars and only got my drink and 3 junior chilli cheese wraps. And to call manager to find out they were out of those foods

Me and my wife came tonight to get a burger and tots the manager who took our order was very rude. She spoke over us, we told her no mayo or tomato on the burger. Guess what they took out the lettuce and tomato left in the mayo. When we brought it up to them we were very nice and polite. The manager came put and raised her voice and being rude and said we never said no mayo, when she was talking over us when we ordered and we said it three times. Last time we come here. Bad service.

By far one of the best sonics there is around. Professional management and staff across the board, will definitely be back!

We didn't look at our food before we left. Got home and we each had a burger and fries, mine didn't have a meat pattie on it and the fries were so salty, you couldn't eat them.

This Sonic is pretty good. Staff is great. Food is usually just right. However, the ordering kiosks need to be repaired or replaced or updated. I like to pay for my food at the kiosk and tip on it as well. Makes me uncomfortable nowadays to hand a stranger my card, employee or otherwise. The kiosk either doesn’t work or the menu for tipping doesn’t pull up. This is a disservice to the car hops. They work for tips but if the option isn’t there or the customer has no cash on hand the employee most likely won’t receive the tip. That needs to get fixed. At the least do your employees a favor.

The coffee this morning was only warm and tasted bitter like it was left over from yesterday. I couldn’t drink it.

The worst sonic I have ever been to, the level of incompetence is scary. The staff is what you would expect for a 1 star review, there is no professionalism whatsoever. Not to mention you will have to bounce around to 3-4 different stalls until you will find one that works. I have more faith in Jefferey Epstein baby sitting my kids, than I do the staff of this sonic getting my order right. As a matter of fact, I'd rather huff Rosie O'Donnell fart box than to return to this dumpster fire of an establishment!

If you depend on doordash to deliver your orders from this particular Sonic you're out of luck. Sonic has decided that doordash customers are not their priority and if you don't come directly to the restaurant you will not get your order bad call Sonic bad call! What Sonic fails to realize is doordashe isnt the customer their customer is the person ordering the food from Sonic.
