The food was delivered to me in a sloppy made and packaged way I had to push the red button again for them to even bring me my food I sat out there an additional 10 minutes they forgot

I called to ask about sticking their ice cream the young lady lied to me about they have never done it when I have ordered from them many times before than said that they were out of stickers which one is it! She hung up on me not once but 2 x when I asked her for her name she stated she was the manager! It is ver unsafe for them to deliver ice cream and other food with out the proper seals! I am a nurse for god sakes do u know how many ppl do bad things who’s to say there is not some kids of drug sprinkles on my ice cream! Who to say the person delivering it is not sick coughing all over my ice cream! For god sakes it’s not hard to provide better customer service! Customer service has gone to hell and these places hiring all these young kids and not training them correctly! Good luck lady that’s all you will do in life! Do better next time!

I ordered in app for my lunch break from work. Got here and checked in, waited over twenty minutes before pushing the button and being told to get onto the drive thru line. According to your order tracker my food is ready and getting cold, but you want to waste more of my time making me wait… AGAIN? So now I get on drive thru line and you can’t FIND my order!? ! Wasting my time, and taking my money. Gross.

Literally the WORST corn dog I've ever tried to eat! It was hard, dry, tough, and the shriveled little dog inside was suspiciously gray. I threw it away after one bite. Not worth going back for 2 bucks, but if you order a corn dog from here, check it before you drive off.

I wish they’d go ahead & shut this location down already. The service is horrible, they take way too long with your food, always getting your order wrong & the whole stuff is just GHETTO & rude.

This was the second time I had visit this place in about 2 years. The first time I got my order, they forgot about me and when I did get my order about 20 or 25 mins.later it was cold. When I went there this last time I ordered the Footling combo. Got home and was very disappointed again, there was hardly any chilli on it. Come on people its call a Chilli Cheese footlong! I will never go back to this place again. I'll continue to use the Sonic at Great Southwest and Bardin.

4/5 times we come here they don’t take orders through the usual drive up. They always say “ sorry can you go through the drive through”
Doesn’t matter if it’s during the day or evening.
What’s the point of the stalls then?

Ah. Great. And the drinks were flat with no ice. Fun.

Whoever is in charge of employment, please stop hiring ratchet people from the hood. Try hiring people who actually care about the quality of service that is provided. This was my last visit there. One too many mistakes. Do better Sonic.

I'm not sure if there is new management at this location or what, but the last few times we have gone there it has been remarkably good. Tonight I went through the drive-thru and Keira helped me with my order. She's very friendly and attentive, and our food was perfect. Great job!

My first job was working at Sonic, so I enjoy the food. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the person taking the order seemed clueless when I wanted to order 2 sides of cherries. She got irritated because she didn't know how to ring that up on the register. I have never had an issue ordering that until tonight.

Have to love a place that has happy hours for shakes and sugar Free slushes.
Great bacon cheeseburger - one of my favs and the breakfast burritos are not pencils wrapped in foil.they are really good as well.
Please don't forget to tip the car hops.you were them once too.and don't just give them the pennies.have never had a wrong car hop order - if polite - tip the heck out of them - they will remember what you did.make their day once in a while -

This place did not have coffee ready in the morning. Told us to go park and still never delivered the coffee. They also messed up our order and gave us the wrong stuff. I give this Sonic a negative 10. I have never waited for coffee at McDonald's.

Honestly. It’s Sonic i don’t expect much but every time i come here they mess up my change, give me the wrong order, or take 25+ minutes for my order to come out. I’ve never had this problem at the sonic by my house but always have issues with this one. At this point I’m going to go to McDonald’s or Wendy’s that’s nearby instead.

I don’t know why I bothered to give this Sonic another try. After 15 minutes of sitting there listening to the cars on both sides of me return their incorrect food, I hit the button to check on my order and they didn’t have it. Tried to tell me I didn’t place an order. Seriously!? !
I left without anything and that was definitely the last time I will visit the Camp Wisdom location

I went to this GP location for the first time and ordered a special, which was a foot long and tots. From all the sighs and discontent I could hear I almost said. If it’s too hard to add onions to a hot dog, I’ll pass. My order wasn’t hard. It was literally adding onions and getting packaged condiments, which weren’t included in the bag once I got home. Again, too hard of a request. Unbelievable! Please hire people with customer service skills and who don’t stress out over tiny things.

Here's what I don't understand why the slow service. Why is it unprofessional. Why no good customer service. There is ONE CAR. Out of all those open bays. Only one car. I pull up to drive thru, no one in front of me. I ordered one item Large Tea. It was happy hour on drinks so should be no problem.right.nothing to cook, or fry. I pull up to the window and these 3 girls are definitely not professional. Not good. Why so long to get one large tea. 2nd time at this location and service again terrible. I thought the first time was just a "bad day" excuse. No, just terrible on this day too.
