I love my local sonic it doesn't matter what time I'm there the cherry vanilla coke w/ lime is my addiction. The car hops are always sweet and speedy.

Horrible customer service. My order was wrong and when I asked for it to be fixed the runner said "well that's not what was rung up". I wanted the Honey BBQ Popcorn Chicken but instead I got plain popcorn chicken with BBQ sauce so when they "corrected" the order i was given popcorn chicken with little to no honey BBQ so essentially I was given back plain popcorn chicken. Usually its not that big of a deal to me when my order is wrong it happens but the runner had an attitude and walked off as I was still speaking.

Great employees, fresh food, and served quick. Something that I think everyone wants when they go to a fast food place. Wish every place was like this sonic

Luv me some Sonic! Food is always hot and yummy. The service is VERY good! BTY.they have the BEST hot coffee out of ANY fast food place, EVER!:)

The grease must have been old because the tater tots tasted awful. I had a chili cheese dog that was cold. The only saving grace was they always have good drinks.

I asked for a #2 w/mayo and it was drowned in it, no lettuce & no cheese & it had both on it so I asked for the correct burger and it still had too much mayo and lettuce but finally no cheese. The girl that took my order was so rude, she kept interrupting me & was so short, she never said hello or thank you. Very disappointed!

This sonic in particular has a youngster named Cody working there. Real hustle and sense of urgency. Watched him running food out then goin in and doin whatever he saw that needed to be done to get it out. Very friendly, a guy with that kinda mindset is an asset wherever he goes. And there aint nothin gonna keep him from doin pretty much whatever he wants in this life. Only issue ive ever had with this location is the weenies in the coney island are rubbery as a new set of michelins. Don't know what they do differently but they should ask the other location in town how to get it right. Aside from that, THEY GOT BIG RED! And THAT, will go a LONG way with me. Sooo long story boring, give Cody a raise, stop vulcanizing the hot dogs and let the big red flow! And I'll be coming there till i go home! Thanks again

I probably would've given a good review if I hadn't seen how several customers (and a few employees) were talked down to by staff.

It sonic? You get what you would expect to get but if your in borger, check your drink before you leave, they have a habit of running out of carb or just having broke coke machines, and even tho they know it's flat, they will serve it to you anyways instead of saving time and suggesting another option. I gave up on ever ordering a root beer from them it's always bad.

It took 15 minutes for them to get one (1) limeade prepared and to our vehicle. I've worked fast food and concessions and I don't remember it taking that long.

Friendliness is not their top priority. When you ask for ALL of what you have ordered it's like you just took the meal from the server's plate. Food is very oily and not drained well. Best thing about them is their drinks and even then they are not always correct. Listening to their customers is not in their training.

If I could rate no stars, I would.
How about I start off with the fact that I went there today, pulled through the drive-through, waited 5 minutes, no response. So, I decided to call the store.
Immediate response. I asked if someone could take my order at the drive-through, the girl on the phone told me "Well we've been on it all day, someone will help you right away". Let me tell you, no response. Waited 5 more minutes. Nothing. What's this with the "oh we've been on the microphone all day" stuff? Isn't that the job? To take orders? I have worked fast food and If I pulled this stunt, I'd have been written up or fired. So needless to say, I'm very disappointed.

Nothing really extraordinarily different. The staff were friendly and the food was good.

The only thing was they had a drive through with no pickup window. You pull up and they come out. Might as well just pull into a stall so you can pay with your card without having to wait on them to take the time to go inside then return your card.

Other than that I will stop here again if I find my self in this area again wanting Sonic.

Went Friday 07/10/2020 got a American dog the bun was hard could not eat it Fries was cold. My granddaughter burger was soggy with way to much mustard and the girl didn’t have straws for our drinks and left to get some for us never came back. We left will never go to that sonic again. Ended up going to Whataburger and getting good food and great service.

Terrible service. Literally waited over thirty minutes for one meal and a drink. Watched cars come and go. I had to leave without my food.

We just stopped by for a route 44, ½ price drink. I love that by using the SONIC app you get ½ price drinks anytime. Love the Watermelon limeade slush!

I really don't like the fact that you can not get the right amount of change back. If I want to tip you then fine but do not just take my money and think I'm ok with that! Earn your tip DONT STEAL IT

The absolute slowest sonic location I've ever visited. It wasn't even that busy. I was getting ready to leave about 10 minutes after I pressed the button when they finally answered. Took another 10-12 minutes for them to bring me my order.

They NEVER give you ketchup with fries, onion rings, or tater tots. And when you ask they have to make a special trip to go get it. I've gone without ketchup half a dozen times here from driving off without it.
Stale, dried up fries at 10: 30 am on Tuesday, and they have me sweet tea when I said "on-set iced tea" loudly. The burger was fine though.

Nothing like Happy Hour at Sonic when you can get an icy cherry Coke after a fun day of shopping with your friends. A must for us!
