There was a young man working at 430 on 03/25/23. He had glasses. There was an overweight greaseball pushing him to the edge of tears over something dumb. Please let that young man know his hard work is recognized, and I hope he finds somewhere better to work. WHERE WERE THE MANAGERS

I wish I can add a video instead of just a picture. We came here at 9: 00pm only ordered two meals and we still have not received it. It's currently 9: 53pm. Not only that I took a video because you can see right through the window and no one is wearing gloves, hair net, and they keep putting their hands in there mouth nose and face. I will be back in the morning to speak to a manager because the night manager obviously dont care.

No one's wearing gloves sticking their faces close to the shakes licking their fingers no one's wearing gloves no hair nets got here at 9 have been sitting here for a whole hour and they definitely need me to visit from the health inspector

We went here for the half price burger deal offered online but they were not accepting online orders. We stopped by anyway but the sewage smell was off-putting. Ended up going to the sonic on the boulevard

Order ahead for pick up at 645pm. Arrive at 647. Didn't get my food till 708. For two corn dogs and a diet coke. ‍️

Me and my friend came here for lunchh only ordered fries chili cheese tator tots w jalapeños and a drink they took forever and my friends chili cheese tator tots didnt have any jalapeños and i was charged for them and also all of our food was cold like i had been sitting there coming from an ex employee who used to work at sonic im not surprised especially with this store ive never heard anything good about it they need to work on their food service this was not acceptable. Veryyyy disappointed

Every time I go to this sonic it takes them at least 40 minutes to get them my food or drink even when I’m getting one drink it takes them forever it’s ridiculous

I ordered a limeade and it was the sourest thing I ever drank. I had to toss it it was gross! I'm super sad. It's hard to mess up anything at Sonic.

My mozzarella sticks usually stretch from the cheese being melted but they were still yummy. Huge fan of the cherry limeade drinks. Plus the app is great since it's half price drinks anytime. #iheartSonic

After a few bad experiences with this Sonic, i decoded to give yall another chance.

On Friday, September 30th at around 2 o'clock, I visited Grand St Sonic. Waited in line for about 15 minutes, the car ahead of me was waiting for their food to be cooked. I got to the window and my order was ready instantly. I ordered a medium onion ring, chili cheese tots, and a route 44 raspberry sweet tea. After driving away I opened the onion rings and ate one. Soggy, slimy, old. Pulled out one after the other. Disgusting. I threw them in the trash. Then I tried to wash it down with the tea. Even the tea tasted off. I threw that in the trash. Dare I even try the tater tots? One bite and they were cold. Tasted like my food was rotten and got cooked and then sat there for awhile.

Waited 30 minutes for just a coffee while everyone else got their food. Poor employee interaction. Coffee wasn't even decent.

Very nice employees everytime I go! A refreshing Peach Sprite Zero is the perfect after school drink. Also has lots of sugar free and diet drink options.

It's just like every other sonic except they ALWAYS get the order wrong. They fix it but still, every time?

We never eat at Sonic on Grand, but last night my daughter wanted a double cheese burger from there. (04/14/21) She's been up half the night sick from her burger. Luckily she only ate half. Service there was so slow, also. (There were only a few other cars there)
Anyway, we'll never be going there, ever again.

Jalepeno poppers are A+ so spicy but good! Sonic blast 5 STARS.some places be stingy with the snickers.but this one on Grand.was TONY THE TIGER GREAT!

I love my neighborhood Sonic. The food is great. I order on the app and it's ready when I arrive. It is close to I-40 if you are travelling.

So I came to the Sonic @ 1910 N. Grand and ordered a quarter pound double cheeseburger, medium fry, and an 8 piece mozzarella sticks. Total was $11.56. All I had was $10 and left my wallet at home. Y’all, they took the fries off the price but when I got my bag, they were in there! They didn’t have to do that and I thought it was so cool, especially with everything going on right now! Y’all are awesome and I really appreciate that!

I go there to get breakfast sit out there for 10 minutes nobody answers the speaker nobody nobody don't even look like nobody's working there there I go to drive around you driving too good to leave and they standing outside smoking a cigarette

Jr cheeseburger was so good. It hit the spot. Fresh ingredients (the lettuce was crisp). As always the staff was friendly. Sonic has the best ice, y'all.

Ordered through the app.sent me across town instead of the closest sonic. So food was cold by the time I got home. Just watch were the location is before you order through the app
