Hot dogs suck. They use to be better when they had the different ones like the Chicago style

I don't feel safe with my children at this one. The guy was leaning around me to see what I had in my passenger seat and floor like he was casing my car for theft. And the food is always burnt and probably has other unseen flaws.

Hit or miss, food is sonic, fast food so expectations are not high, but small things add, the level of service is lacking and little things like missing a cherry on a shake and the wrong straw, while not big things are not relevant to the level of service promised vs delivered. Pulled I. To first spot to find that the screen was not working, I had order on mobile app, but still has to find another stall.

The food is okay but always a hit or miss it's very inconsistent. Also I ordered with the app got two chicken poppers asked for 4 bbq sauce got non had to push the button and they only gave us one sauce.

Stop by today to grab a number one. With bacon ended up having a greasy Burger with Brunt bacon. I told the guy from the speak and all he said was didn't you want bacon. Yes I did but not burnt bacon

My actual order: 2 chicken slingers (no pickles), 1 mini vanilla shake (no cherry), 1 small coke (lite on ice)

My receipt: 1 chicken slinger (no pickles), 1 small coke, 2 medium vanilla shakes (no cherry)

What I actually received: 1 chicken slinger with pickles and burned buns, 1 small coke extra ice, 2 medium vanilla shakes.

Usually your order is shown on the screen as you order but that did not happen. I repeated myself several times. I always turn off my vehicle to minimize noise. At the time of getting my food, I noticed the shake was the wrong size and mentioned it. I looked at my receipt and said "oh, I was charged for 2 medium shakes instead of 1 mini. I was wondering why it was so much" regarding the price. I didn't look at the receipt long enough to notice only 1chicken slinger was rung up, if I had, I would've requested my correct order and the refund in the difference in price. After working all day, I just wanted to grab something quick to eat and go home but I can't just down all this sugar. The slinger isn't even edible. Very disappointing.

They gave me two cherry slush when I order one cherry and one mango and cherry:/ then I ask which one is who’ve one and they where like idk and then I try both and both where cherry

This review is not about the food as I have not had the food yet. If you’re thinking about getting a job here I don’t recommend you to apply. I went in for an interview and nothing came out of it. The general manager is unprofessional and he told me that the micros system was down and to keep calling back. When I kept calling back there was still supposedly something down with the system. Felt like my time has been wasted.

Nothing beats great service and chili cheese cony! Glad I gave em another try.will be back!

We have gone to this Sonic several times over the last several months and they have said they were out of various items. We went tonight and they were out of fries, route 44 cups, and mozzarella sticks. Different day same story. Staff was cordial but I don’t understand how inventory is a constant problem. We went to the Sonic on Cartwright and they had everything we wanted.

Every time I order it takes forever to get my food even if it’s only drinks. I’ve had to remind them I’m waiting after the kiosk states someone is coming with the food and seeing multiple people pull in order and be on their way in no time.

Waiting here for 20 minutes for mozzarella sticks and a shake.
The whole time the young adults were standing around talking. Many other people got their order but us. We left and went to the one off Cartwright. Places the order and received it all in less than 10 minutes.
I’m sure they were ready to go home but if they’d just put some effort in I’m sure the night would of gone by fast for them.

Good food. Just like it always is. Servers are efficient and kind. Their burgers are almost too much for one person to eat.

Ordered on the app. 2 cherry limeade and 2 frito chillI wraps. Got there and was told they are out of sprite.okay cool so we got different drinks.they brought our drinks and said they are out of chili.so we got mozzarella sticks. We waited 30 min and no one came with our food.we pushed the button and asked for a refund and all the sudden they bring out our mozzarella sticks and said sorry we had to make a fresh batch.got home like 2 mind after and the are COLD!

I came in to sonic for a late night shake. Just barely closing, and I was attended by a employee name Jessica she was so kind enough to make me a last minute shake, she was fast on her feet, and she most definitely deserves a raise and credit

This place probably beat the world record for making somebody wait the longest in the world it was genuinely painfully slow I hated it along with 4 other family members in my car I was one of the first ones to come but litterally the last car in the lot that was finally served our wait time was about 1 hour 30 minutes DONT go here don’t recommend.

The car hoppers are alright. Needs a little work on a few things. But that's Just my personal management talking.

Kennedi G.is the absolute BEST, I mean the BEST of the BEST! She is super kind, very respectful, always smiling, trys to put others in a good mood, has FANTASTIC energy, has a wonderful aura. Kennedi is an amazing soul! She makes me want to come here to get my day started off with an amazing person, which is now my morning routine. To see someone like her makes my day even better.
